Review Centre: Party Bands

"I go to a LOT of weddings as I'm a wedding photographer and have seen loads of great bands. The Ruby's however really stood out to me. So much so that I booked them for my own wedding! They're a lovely bunch of guys who play all the songs that get people dancing. Fantastic musicians and a HUGE repertoire. The fact that they take requests just goes to show how many songs they know. In fact on Saturday they played one song none of them had ever played before on request and then sped it up double time part way through just for fun! They love what they do and they do it very very well. Book them, you won't regret it."

"Fantastic band! great communication before hand to help with the event planning. Totally professional throughout and played up a storm. Did 2 1 hour sets and covered all the bases with music from the 60's, 70's through to a mega mix finale of floor fillers. Excellent and totally recommended!!"

"Oh my gosh....where do I start !?! Soul Factor were the absolute best!!! I was in tears of joy when you guys started playing and I could not stop smiling throughout the sets!!!! You got the whole crowd dancing and were the life and soul of the party!! Tight set, INSANELY GOOD vocals and the sweetest little solos that got everyone grooving. Loved the brass it was awesome! So glad we could make it happen it was the absolute highlight of the day! I could tell this band loved playing and we all loved listening and I can't thank you enough for bringing the party So much love and respect for these guys! "From the initial contact to Kate's fantastic performance, I, the bride and groom can not thank Kate enough for not only singing with her beautiful voice but also going the extra mile and a half. We needed a photographer and Kate gave us a recommendation and they were terrific! Organising a wedding reception was stressful enough, but Kate helped in any way she could to reduce the stress. She arrived early, made great communication throughout, and Kate just being Kate was 10/10 in every way. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I wish you all the best for the future and we will be spreading the word of your genuine kind nature and fantastic voice."

"We booked Ding & John to perform in our weekly live lounge, it was early days so always a little hit and miss how many would show, but these gents brought in a really good crowd. They have a lovely vibe and great rapport with their listeners and not too bad at singing either ? They were so good we booked them in a second time and they didn't disappoint, they even stayed on a little longer when our next act showed up a little late! Highly recommend booking them in! ? "
