"Amuse Manouche played in the garden for our Brighton event. They created a great atmosphere for everyone that attended and we got a lot of positive feedback on the day. They sounded great and had a nice mix of music."

"Thanks again for playing at our wedding! Was such an amazing night. All of the guests were so happy with the music and said you guys were awesome! It was such great music to dance to! Also thanks for the way you handled the drunk man wanting to sing Frank Sinatra situation haha! You handled it very well and professionally. We can honestly say you and the band exceeded our expectations! Of course, I had seen you perform before but you seemed even more amazing this time around. ?? The feedback from our wedding guests was unbelievable and they were so blown away by your performance, one guest commented she will remember the evening forever! Your professionalism, talent and approach to ensuring your guests feel welcome and included was fantastic. We had quite a varied age range in our party and everyone thoroughly enjoyed your sets from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate in highly recommending you to friends and family! "We wanted to have a really different wedding, and Fann Street Hot Club was a perfect addition to our 1920s themed day! The music complemented our vintage style beautifully, and really tied everything together. We are also really grateful to the band for arranging our favourite song (Tainted Love) for us - you wouldn't believe how good it sounds in a gypsy swing style! Thank you for everything, we will definitely recommend you to everyone planning a wedding. X"

"Wow is the word. We had a vintage British seaside themed 30th wedding anniversary party for over 100 guest by Brighton Beach at the iconic BA 1360. Kit Packham and his brilliant band One Jump Ahead were outstanding from start to finish. We'd hired a group of swing dancers who got everybody dancing, regardless of ability! The band played everything we wanted from Glenn Miller to Aint Nobody Here But us Chickens. People just did not stop dancing! the finale New New York number resulted in 100 guests joining hands and all doing the high kicks. To say One Jump Ahead made our party go with a swing would be an understatement. I would also like to thank Kit and the band for their professionalism, time keeping and energy. Kit was so easy to deal with and the arrangements went so smoothly. I could not recommend them more highly. Book One Jump Ahead if you want your wedding / party to go with a swing!"

"We recently had the pleasure of hosting Jo and the Bluenotes at our work event in Elephant and Castle, and they were absolutely fantastic! Their set was spot-on, filled with perfect tunes that everyone knew and loved, creating a great atmosphere that kept the energy high throughout the night. They even took requests, which made the experience feel even more personalised and special for our team. Not only were they organised and professional, but they were also genuinely lovely people to work with. Jo and the Bluenotes brought such warmth and charm to our event – we couldn't have asked for a better performance! Highly recommended for any occasion!"

"I don't often do reviews, but thought I really should in this case. I saw Andy Ax perform at the Gin and Prosecco Festival in Norwich. He'd already done a show in the afternoon apparently, and did another 2 hours in the evening. It would be fair to say that I was very impressed! Andy is a phenomenal vocalist - think Jamie Cullum / Harry Connick Jr / Michel Buble, although the thing I liked most about him is that he doesn't try to imitate the singers who originally performed the songs, but sings them in his own voice, if that makes sense! And what an incredible voice! He was fully engaged with the audience and the audience loved every second of it from the Hen Parties to the Family on the front table to the elderly ladies who sat and watched, everyone was catered for and involved. Of course, the kind of music Andy performs isn't to everyone's taste, but if you like a bit of Swing, you can't go wrong with Andy Ax. I can't wait to see him again!"
