"House of Chords are the most wonderful band. They made our wedding so much fun and all our guests commented on how brilliant they were. Everyone was dancing including both our nans. Their voices and instrumental playing were excellent and there was a great range of genres catered for. The guys were polite and fun and genuinely lovely. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a great night. Thank you guys, you made our day super special!"

"Well, what can I say, other than this band are AMAZING!! The service in the run up to our wedding his month was great with working out set lists and all the other wedding type info needed for the night. The band arrived early to set up on the day and started the disco as soon as they were set up as we purchased the pro DJ service as well as the live music (which was also great). The live sets though were just phenomenal and what I loved the most was the rock sound given the music was at our wedding. Everybody commented on how brilliant the band were with some even saying they couldn't recognise the live sets versus the DJ sets as the music quality they produced was just so good. Honestly, I can't praise them enough and they really made our evening - it was non stop dancing. I would more than recommend this band for any upcoming events!! Thanks again guys Claire and Hayden. "

"These guys were incredible. We booked them to lead us and our guests on a 10 min walk from our wedding ceremony to reception venue. It was by far one of the best moments of the day and a memory my husband and I will treasure always. Our guests were blown away too. Thanks guys!"

"The verge played at our wedding as their acoustic trio - we wanted a slightly less loud option for elderly and young children. They did not disappoint, and the dancefloor was full all evening. They read the room exceptionally well, involving our guests in filming videos and getting people on the microphone. Very pleased and highly recommended."

"Thanks guys for helping me celebrate my husband's 40th birthday! He absolutely loved it! Small party with few guests but the music was the real star of the evening. All my friends complimented me in the days after and I will definitely book Ciro and Beatrice again for my next party. Thanks again :)"

"Thank you all for helping us to make the Love Ball a success. You were Brilliant - perfect music for the occasion and just so tight musically. Apologies for the table moving issue. It wasn't the plan to clear everyone out before the dancing but we'll be on that one next time! I've had great feedback about the band from dancers, non dancers and even people who weren't at the event. News spreads and that is exactly what we want. Thank you also for accommodating the change of date and our requirements 're deposits etc! "

"The Tribe were very good. The guy who seemed to be in charge was very professional. The band set up quickly and we’re ready to go on time. The female singer was great and engaged with kids and got them dancing. All in all we were happy with the band and, given the demand at the time, the price was acceptable."

"Rating 5/6 : Very Enjoyable Absolute Mayhem The Horse & Chains, Bushey on Saturday 30 September 2023 It's a rare thing to go into a local pub and hear a keyboard player who has been described as a musical "genius" by none other than David Bowie. This is no tall story either. The musician Billy Ritchie was the first player in rock music to give keyboards a prominent role -- and that was before Keith Emerson (ELP) and Rick Wakeman came on the scene. Billy told me that he remained good friends with the Thin White Duke until his death in 2016. Lanark-born Mr Ritchie now provides the skilful and fancy keyboards and records backing tracks for his latest incarnation Mayhem with talented female singer Carol Leslie. Carol is a really strong vocalist with a gutsy style. This dynamic duo started their first set at the cosy Sebright Arms with Elvis's late sixties' classic Suspicious Minds. The second song was a surprise -- Kirsty MacColl's comedy number There's A Guy Works Down The Chip Shop Swears His Elvis. It was a perfect choice after the first song. Carol and Billy select their material wisely and give their audience something very different from the predictable Mustang Sally, Brown Eyed Girl and I Saw Her Standing There, churned out by so many pub bands. So it was great to hear Georgio Moroder and Phil Oakey's electro smash Together In Electric Dreams, Matchbox's catchy rocker Rockabilly Rebel, Starship's uplifting We Built This City (on which Billy demonstrated his keyboard dexterity) and Solomon Burke's gospel-ish Cry To Me. And that was just the first half. Carol is happy to tackle songs usually associated with male vocalists and she started part two with a raucous version of Bryan Adams' rocker Summer Of 69. If you have never seen Mayhem, ask Billy to perform Light My Fire, the Doors rock classic from 1967. This was a sheer musical masterclass as he re-created both vocally and instrumentally this great song. Billy has a rich, tuneful voice and this was a stunning performance. Other highlights in the second half included Journey's rock anthem Don't Stop Believing, Carol's gritty interpretation if Shania Twain's Man I Feel Like A Woman and a fine performance of Bon Jovi's Living On A Prayer A total of 24 songs and I cannot wait to see this duo again. My only concern is their name. I think many club and pubgoers might think Mayhem are a heavy metal band rather than an all-round, top class duo. "Thank you so much for arranging the band and our first dance last night, everyone had a fantastic evening. Please pass on our thanks to Lotty and the other guys, they were amazing, our only regret was they couldn't play longer!"

"There’s only one way to describe this band and it is EPIC! We saw them at a wedding many years ago and loved them so much we tracked them down and booked them for our own. They delivered and what a night it was! If you are getting married and want a full dance floor ALL night these boys are the band for you. Great guys, who looked dapper and sounded amazing. Thank you so much for making our wedding timeless, memorable and magical as we watched family and friends of all ages come together to enjoy your music 💕"

"When SoulNfunk, started with “pick up the pieces” my jaw dropped and I couldn’t find it for the remainder of the performance. It’s great to see a band where the instruments are not in the way, instead they complement the musician. Seeing Nords abused was a treat. Vocal was outstanding too…from Prince to Brown…and with such energy. phenomenal! It was a pleasure being the audience. Thank you. Marcin Gwozdz."

"Great performance from The Bilberries, they played for our establishment to entertain guests in our pub garden. Very polite, punctual, amazing vocals and fantastic music. Pub guests gave excellent feedback and we will defiantly be using them again and I would certainly recommend booking them."
