Review Centre: Covers Bands

"The Last Cavaliers performed at our wedding this Summer and they were absolutely brilliant! Everyone, from my friends in their 20's to my grandparents friends in their 70's, mentioned how much they enjoyed the live music and dancing the night away. We opted for the 6 piece band with brass section and loved it! The brass section really added to the party atmosphere and if you're thinking of booking The Last Cavaliers you MUST book 'with brass' - definitely worth it! The Last Cavaliers were recommended to us by another well known northern function band, that we'd seen before, and we were thrilled to discover that these guys are actually better! 
One thing that we particularly appreciated was that the band took the time to learn our first dance, which was a compilation of 2 songs, and they did a fantastic job. 

Hopefully we won't personally need these guys for another wedding (ahaha) but we can't recommend them enough. You are awesome!"

"I did organize a surprise birthday party for my husband. I chose B & The Hornets because they looked very stylish and I liked their music based on the videos & photos provided on the website. So like most of the visitors on this platform, I didn’t have a clue of what to expect. I was happily surprised to discover that the musicians were very friendly and enthusiastic. They were happy to tailor their playlist based on what my husband likes. The band played especially songs in Italian and Spanish at my request as well as their normal repertoire. We had a beautiful party, everyone loved the band, the kids and the grown up were all dancing. It was all beautiful vibes. So I strongly recommend B & The Hornets band for their professionalism and friendliness. "

"We wanted songs that spanned our years of marriage, especially the ones we danced to when somewhat younger! Through the Decades did just that. They are very professional, they listen to your personal requests and perform them. Emily replied to emails very efficiently. Our guests were very complimentary of their act and were predicting their costumes for the different decades! People were dancing and those who preferred not to dance enjoyed watching their act. We were so very pleased with our choice."

"We booked The Rush Band for our wedding recently and they were absolutely brilliant!! They played to the crowd, getting people up dancing, they also did the dj sets in between the band sets with an Ibiza sax session that went down an absolute storm. Totally professional, fun, just perfect for our perfect day. We had a lot packed into our Glastonbury themed wedding but nothing was too much of a problem and everything just ran so smoothly!! Thank you to your whole team for making our day so special."

"Just wanted to say that you guys were fab and really made the evening!! So many of our families and friends said how great you all were and you kept the dance floor filled the night through!! The music and singing were outstanding!! As soon as I saw you on the internet, nobody else I looked at seemed to live up to what I had seen and heard and I knew I had to have you! You were just brilliant, the lead singer let me up on stage to sing "Moves like Jagger" ha ha!! I apologise for the awful singing on my part!! Thank you sooo much for everything that evening and I'd recommend this band to anyone!! Wedding or larger commercial event!!"

"As big country fans we have recently discovered Jelly Roll and love his music and stage presence! While planning my 40th birthday we came across Adam and knew we had to book him. We certainly were not disappointed. It felt like Jelly Roll was actually in the room! 100% recommend booking him and the band. Thanks Adam x"

"We hired Anna for our son's barmitzvah. The children gave her a few requests and we asked that she played the Israeli dancing section as well. She really made our party exactly what we were hoping for and she even invited our daughter to sing with her a few times as we told her that she loves singing. Thank you so much for making our party so special, Anna. You were perfect! We'll be booking you again for our daughter's batmitzvah in a few years' time!"
