"I hired the Locals for my birthday party last Saturday and it was perfect. Paul was really helpful from the start, very reliable and easy to deal with. On the night, they were spot on. Great mix of music, got everyone dancing and I only wished we had had time for another set! Looking forward to planning another party to be able to book the Locals again! "

"It’s hard to put into words how special it was having Amy and Mark sing and perform for us on our wedding day. I met Amy back in my home town by chance (bonding over Cher on the dance floor)! I thought then that she was fabulous so decided to check out the Mardy Johnny Depps as I was looking for the perfect act to play for us during and after our ceremony, and wow I am so glad I did. I instantly fell in love with their sound, their energy and their epic repertoire. From enquiring to picking out songs to working out the logistics of my aisle entrance, it was a breeze which is exactly what you need when planning a wedding or event. Hearing my aisle song sang by Amy in its own unique and beautiful way was just sensational and a moment I’ll never forget. They are so versatile with the songs they can perform and even took requests on the spot from our guests. Everyone commented the same and they kicked the celebrations off in the best way possible… with good energy, buckets of soul and a little early afternoon boogie. Thank you so much for being a part of our day x "

"We had Kiki to sing at our wedding ; before the ceremony, and afterwards. She was able to do all the songs we asked for , I'm only sorry that I missed some of them before I arrived!! We got a lot of great feedback from our guests as well. For us it was a really special , personal part of our day. Thank you so much! I would have no hesitation recommending her and her Band for a wedding, party, festival or gig."

"The Cheers were amazing, I hired them for my wedding and I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish there communication was excellent. They spoke with the venue directly and created a stress free experience for me. They answered any question I had, and had a very handy guide to use for timings and common questions from their previous experience. They were brilliant. The band itself is awesome, everyone at the wedding came and asked me where I found the band, they got everyone up and dancing. We had a male and female singer, both were excellent. The song choice they made, had everyone laughing, and bouncing around. You know there brilliant when the venue asked for their details to recommend them to other couples :D I have nothing bad to say, professional throughout, great communication and the music was just perfect. They also learnt our 1st dance song and smashed it out the park. Thanks Ben and the whole band, It was magical Roxanne & Matthew Langley."

"I book these guys as a duo for my partners birthday party. They were amazing. Their talent and unique sound was fantastic. All of our guests were very impressed and I think they may have gained another gig from one of them! They arrived earlier than planned, with their own equipment to set up. These are genuinely nice guys too. I would highly recommend them."

"House of Chords exceeded our already-high expectations. Professional and simple booking process. Friendly and clear discussion around set-lists and performance times. On the night they blew all guests away with their live performances. The atmosphere of our wedding was set by the band, who drew our guests onto the dance floor with a variety of genres but consistently outstanding playing! Their DJ sets are also perfect between and after the live sets + kept the party going through to the end! Thank you Mike and the band for everything."

"I asked Back2Skool to come & play at my 50th Birthday party. They were amazing, I wasn't really sure what to expect, but this band delivered. Plenty of old school classics got people on the dance floor. Lots of communication prior to the party to ask my requirements, but to be honest I was happy to let the band do their thing, and they really did their thing! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a band that really knows how to work the room and get people moving. Thanks for adding that extra special touch to my party."

"BEST BAND EVER!! Lilac and her 6pc funk band played at our wedding in Summer 2021, and Rem DJ'd. Both sets were absolutely fantastic! In the build up to the wedding, Lilac and Rem were incredibly helpful in guiding us through our playlist, identifying crowd pleasers and song collections which worked incredibly well together. They were both full of ideas and suggestions and left no stone unturned in their preparations! Planning our evening set with them was a real giggle! They were very clear in outlining their requirements on the day, and recommending what timings would work well. They were also incredibly understanding, cooperative, and willing to be flexible as we waited to plan our wedding around COVID. On the day, Lilac and the team were full of energy and this reverberated around the room, creating a truly special atmosphere! Lilac has an amazing, soulful voice and so much stage presence! The saxophonist was also outstanding!! They kept the dance floor filled all evening and full of noise as we all sang along. Lilac and the team's set was incredible, and they kept going beyond the two 45 min slots to all of our delight! Rem's DJ set to conclude the evening was incredible! He struck a really great balance between old school classics and more modern, higher tempo tunes. We'll remember excitedly dancing along to Avici and Craig David, and finishing off with a sing along to Wonderwall, Sweet Caroline and Angels, with all our best friends surrounding us, for the rest of our lives! Thank you so much for a massive contribution towards making our wedding the best day of our lives!"
