"This is the 3rd year running that we've been lucky enough to have the Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band play for our charity's annual barn dance. I cannot rate them highly enough - from great communication before the event to fabulous music on the day, they are first class. We're already looking forward to our 4th one next year!"

"What an incredible pleasure it was to have Rose perform at our Christmas party! The older people who attended rarely get out of the house so for them the whole event was very special! Rose acted with grace and was a total professional. She sang and performed beautifully - in fact one lady said it a was a shame she had to stop because the event came to an end! It was wonderful watching people singing along with Rose around the room. She was so popular that someone asked for her details for a party in their seniors housing scheme next year and we will absolutely be in touch with Rose again to perform at future events."

"Hi Will, We will send a proper thank you when we get back from honeymoon, but we didn’t want to leave it too long to say a quick thank you to you and all the band for Saturday. You guys were fantastic and we really had the best time dancing! Harry said the pre-ceremony music was fab (wish I could have heard it!), our first dance was perfect, and we also loved the surprise rapping from the saxophonist! Hopefully the fact the dance floor was full all evening says it all! If it’s ok, would you mind sending me your address when you can? Would it also be ok if we have a copy of the set list you used on the evening? Have a good weekend! Elle and Harry x "

"We booked The Pharaoh's for a Covers Night last month and they were brilliant. Really strong vocals. They played a great range of music from 70s disco classics and soul right through to Amy Winehouse and the Killers! Everyone was up on the floor dancing and people are still saying to me now what a good night it was. Would definitely book them again in the future. Thanks guys!"

"They really kept everybody energized! Where do I begin? Function Republic really looked after me from start to finish. So quick to get back to me from my barrage of questions! "I could not have hoped for a better performer at my birthday party than the amazing Sharlette and her brilliant guitarist Sam. She is an incredible singer, with such a classy voice and gave a wonderful performance. So many of my guests commented on how good the duo were. Sharlette was also a pleasure to work with from our first phone call to the party itself. She could not have been more professional, helpful or more friendly! I would book her again in a heartbeat and I would recommend her (and Sam) to anyone looking for a great duo to make your bash a really fun night. Thank you SO MUCH, Sharlette and Sam! Julia "
