"Harvey has sung and dj'd on two occasions for me. Both parties were brilliant thanks to his singing and choice of tunes. I highly recommend him. Everyone was dancing and singing along all night. Great repertoire of songs too."

"Good, quick, informative communication when booking. Loved Georgia's performance she has a beautiful voice and played well. She sang songs that suited her talent. I wish I would have booked her in for longer!! Guests also commented on how good she was. I would definitely book Georgia again. Thank you to Georgia and her manager, the whole process was well managed. I would defo book again in the future. Thank you."

"Just a quick note to thank you and your band for an absolutely outstanding evening last Saturday at our annual Burns Supper. I have every admiration for you and how well you managed to shepherd a herd of cats around the dance floor and the fact that the dance floor was still packed until the finish was testament to your professionalism. "Before the wedding, George and Grace were in regular contact to see if we needed any help with anything and also to see how we wanted the sets played and if there were any in particular song requests. On the night the band were absolutely amazing - they got everyone up on the dance floor and the music was incredible. The playlist that the band came with was definitely right for a wedding. The band also played our first dance, which made the day even more special. A huge thank you to George, Grace and all of the band for listening to what we wanted and making the evening everything we wanted!"

"Oliver was kind enough to sing an acoustic version of Summer of 69 at mums funeral yesterday. The song was one of Mums favourites and the version Oliver sang was amazing and beautiful a wonderful tribute to my mum. He was easily contactable responsive and all round lovely young man who really made a difficult day easier. Thank you "

"I booked The Experience for my 35th Birthday which was last night. I wanted a wide range of music from over the decades as we had all ages. Doug and Jasmine didn't disappoint! They were even able to accommodate requests, one of which I asked them for an hour before they arrived! They were so good and more than just the entertainment, they became like part of the party and we loved them so much! Wish you could have stayed to party the night away with us guys! Loved how you kept us all dancing and your voices were just awesome! Can't wait to have you back for the next one and definitely will be recommending you going forward. We all feel like we have made 2 great friends. To anyone reading this, book these 2! You will not be disappointed and there is nobody better!! Much love to you both xxx"

"This is the second time we have booked the Black Velvet Band for our summer ceilidh, and it was such fun! The band ran two different dancing sessions for our international students and were very patient with explaining the dances and encouraging all students to participate. The music was brilliant and energetic, and all three band members were so kind and even paused for a photoshoot with the students. We are looking forward to next summer already. I’d absolutely recommend them for any event/party/celebration!"
