"Hello James On the 28th December 2012 you attended our civil partnership ceremony for Kate and I at the Woodside in Kenilworth. These are the words that I would echo regarding the ceremony, which you were part of. When we set about choosing our nighttime entertainment for our ceremony we wanted a band that would appeal to all, would have a sense of fun and get people up and dancing. We watched you on YouTube and read your reviews, which impressed us. We were always confident that we had chosen well. We would like you to know that we were very impressed by your professionalism throughout the booking process and on the night itself. Judging by the numbers on the dance floor, it was obvious that you entertained us all very well. Kate and I would like to thank you very much for making it all effortless but above all making our celebrations perfect. We cannot recommend you highly enough. Kind regards. "Motown Memories and Ione performed at our wedding in June 2022 and they were absolutely fantastic. Ione is a great singer and the band are superb musicians - there were great guitar solos. At the end of the evening and following the wedding, so many of our guests told us that they thought they were a great wedding band, and the dancefloor was full for the whole evening. They responded and reacted to the crowd expertly. The set list was a great selection of genres and decades, enjoyed by 3 generations. Rhona, the band manager, was great to deal with before the wedding - she asked us questions, she shared an example set list, and she arranged for the first dance to be played."

"We had the most perfect wedding day and W!RED Band were a HUGE part of that. They were punctual, friendly, fun, professional and sounded amazing. They were incredibly accommodating with our requests and always replied to us quickly - they totally took the stress away from this part of the wedding planning which was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere on the dancefloor was incredible and so, so many of our friends and family told us how incredible the band were. Simply fantastic! "

"Our guests loved you and my Dad in particular said that you made his day playing one of his favourite songs on request. We were so sad that we didn't get the chance to listen to more of your songs on the day, however the songs we heard you played during the ceremony were beautiful and our guests have been so complimentary of you. Again thank you all so much, and hopefully we will hear you play again in the future. "

"The boys were fantastic and all guests have commented on how great they were. They also saved the day when I realised we hadn’t thrown the bouquet and the photographer + videographer had gone home. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to book. We also used their DJ service to end the night and it really was fantastic. "

"There are not many settings where you can hear a contra alto clarinet. Perfect for Jaz and associated music genres. That is what got me to the gig. Once there the blend with piano and voice made for an enjoyable evening. I would be happy to recomend them as a soundtrack to an enjoyable evening."

"Kip and the band were fantastic. We had a big Irish wedding with my family who had all come over for the occasion and the band did not disappoint. I requested an extra instrument and we just wanted session music and they delivered in style. I would highly recommend for a fantastic authentic Irish band to keep people up on the dance floor. "We booked Melisma Jazz at quite short notice for a garden party to celebrate our 5th Anniversary as a business. Sarah-Jane Morris was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was flexible in piecing together a quartet that suited our needs, and the atmosphere created by Sarah-Jane and her fellow musicians on the day was superb. Thank you so much Sarah-Jane for all that you did to make our event a special one for us, and we hope to have the pleasure of working with you again at some stage."

"We booked these guys for our wedding at Tunnels Beaches in Ilfracombe in October 2021. Booking them was so easy and they were great to work with and always accommodating, even after our first wedding date had to be postponed because of Covid. Their repertoire is extensive and yet despite this they were prepared to learn some new songs for our wedding if needed. They arrived on time and set up without any fuss or drama - all thoroughly professional......then they started playing!!! Wow! Now I play in a semi-pro band and like to think we are pretty decent, but these guys were just on a different level. Great song choices, fantastic musicianship, great energy and rapport with the crowd - they were amazing. That view is shared by all the guests who attended. "Eugene was waiting for us with the drums set up when we arrived at The Spa. We could not praise them enough, they played just the right music at the correct time and as we had to be inside played quietly so that we could all chat whilst having drinks. We had many people come up to us saying how much they enjoyed their performance and I have to say that we would not have any hesitation in recommending them to others."
