"It was absolutely amazing. They read the crowd and knew exactly what would get them going. Everyone we have spoken to has commented on how good they were. I have got no idea if they played any of the songs we chose as I was having such a good time. I am so glad that we had Andy and Primed make our special day even more special and memorable. "We would like to thank Alex & Jon from Lazy Marmalade for their incredible performances throughout our wedding day at Helmingham Hall! They sang very touching numbers during our church ceremony, performed a great chilled out acoustic set during our outside drinks reception and a couple of buzzing evening sets which had all our guests up on the dance floor and demanding more still at the end of the night! We can’t count the number of guests who came up to us and asked us how we found Lazy Marmalade as they were so impressed. The most impressive part was how they sounded like a band of 4/5 members, not a duo! From the day we booked Lazy Marmalade they were very responsive, getting back to our countless email queries within the hour most of the time! An absolute pleasure to deal with - their music made our day extra special. "

"Georgia and her due partner delivered a spectacular set and entertainment for our event, classy, stylish and very apt for our type of function. The stage and lighting they provided along with the music choice which gradually enhanced as the night progressed was well presented and exicuted, simply stunning and brilliant, lo e them a d we will be hiring Georgia again."

"The performers were brilliant. Ours was a slightly different gig: a St Patrick's Day celebration just in our front room in a terraced house with a small (about 8 people) audience. They played without a p.a system and it was an intimate, enjoyable gig with everyone joining in with the songs. LMM were great: friendly, efficient and prompt with contracts and arrangements. I'd definitely do it again."

"They truly became the heartbeat of our wedding. Booking Southern Charm for our celebration in the Yorkshire Dales was one of the best choices we made. From the first note, they brought an effortless, uplifting energy that matched the day perfectly. There were tears during our first dance, and by the end of the night the barn was alive with line dancing—even our grandparents couldn’t stay off the floor. They never felt like just a hired band, more like friends sharing the day with us. Warm, professional, and unbelievably talented. We’ll cherish those memories forever."

"If you are looking for a band to fill the dance floor, these guys are exactly what you need. I CANNOT recommend them enough. They absolutely made my husbands 50th birthday the most amazing night EVER! Not only are they great musicians but they are so friendly and go way above and beyond anything we expected. Thank you all for making the night so fantastic!!! I will definitely be booking them again. Ian you are an absolute legend from the time of booking until the day of the party nothing was ever too much trouble."
