"Steve, Geoff and Absolute Band were brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Really friendly people, superb musicians and ensured our dancefloor was busy all night. The addition of a fiddle player was so much fun. Would 100% recommend booking these guys for a wedding or party! Sarah & Ross, Wedding at Rushton Hall in Northamptonshire – 1st January 2023 "

"Great band! Song selection was great, with a wide variety of options and they performed 2 requests. We had a number of guests tell us how amazing they were and how much they enjoyed it. The lead singer has a fabulous voice and they also bring great energy to the stage."

"These played for our wedding and were absolutely brilliant! David and the rest of the band were accommodating from start to finish and not only learned our first dance song (and then switched when we had a last minute change of heart!) but also learned a song especially for my father in law and let him join them on the keyboard (twice!). The music was spot on and had everybody dancing all night long with a great set list. Wish I could give them an even higher rating!"

Many thanks for your kind words Sue. We have always had fun when playing for you at the Flying Pig. Your creative bar dancing to our version of “Wipeout” is define a very special memory for all of us ? Hopefully we can recreate this at some time in the future as this is a showpiece number for Kevin our amazing new drummer!

"We loved having House of Chords playing at our wedding last month. The communication beforehand was brilliant and we immediately felt we'd made a great choice.
