"THE BLACK JACKS... Finding a wedding band is tough- you search on google, watch a couple of videos of a number of different bands, and have to settle for one not really knowing whether they’re any good live. Having done this, we were hopeful that The Black Jacks would be alright. They were BRILLIANT. From our first dance (The Kinks, You Really Got Me- which they do excellently!) to the last dance of the night, the dance floor was packed. They even smashed the DJ-ing of the iTunes music in the break between sets, playing great music that complimented the live songs. Every person that we have spoken to after the day has mentioned how great the music was. On top of all this, they are the nicest people- totally relaxed when our timings went out of the window, great to chat to at the end of the evening, and they even offered my mum a lift back to her hotel when we were let down by a cab! Thank you for a great evening guys. I cannot recommend them enough. Book this band!"

"I just wanted to thank you for helping our birthday party go with a swing last Saturday. The atmosphere was brilliant and you all looked the part at our vintage themed night. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed watching you and listening and dancing to your fantastic music. If we ever need a band or hear of anyone who does you are top of the list! "We were so glad that H&S could step in last minute to play music for the evening of our wedding day and they even played a few of our requests! They began with laid back classics that got everyone in the mood, building up to a set of upbeat party music that we all loved dancing and singing along to. They have great personalities and will surely make anyone’s special day even more memorable!"

"I hired Nick through last minute musicians as a Duo and they were great! Nic was able to play lots that got everyone dancing and joining in, he took requests and even did an impromptu duet with myself after a request from another guest. They played songs I had requested before the party brilliantly and gave the perfect country western vibe to our hoe down. He was so polite and respectful all evening and a genuinely lovely person. Last minute musicians were great with finding him as I was very particular about what I wanted for the party, they sent lots of options and searched high and low till I was happy with my choice to go with Nick. Thank you all"

"Rory was an excellent addition to our wedding! He is very talented performing on both the saxophone during the drinks reception and on the grand piano throughout dinner! He seamlessly set the tone perfectly! He acted very professionally setting up in advance discreetly and welcoming the guests into the venue raising the vibe!"

"Thank you so much for playing at our wedding at New Place. We had the four piece band, and their performance was faultless. Everyone was up and dancing to all the songs and it certainly was one of the highlights of the day. Ben was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. I’d very much highly recommend.
