"Craig and I wanted to say a huge thank you to you and the rest of the band for playing at our wedding last weekend. The ceilidh went better than we could have hoped for and we have had so many comments from our family and friends saying how much they enjoyed it! We really appreciated all the patient instructions, (especially as most of us weren't familiar with the dances!) and thank you for accommodating all of our guests so everyone could join in. We also realise that our timings for the evening went a bit awry as the meal went on longer than planned, so we are really grateful to you for being so flexible and playing until later than planned.  The ceilidh really was the perfect end to our wedding day so thank you for making it such a success! "

"Black Velvet Band Irish Trio - Cheltenham Gold Cup - March 2025 Absolutely brilliant band - everybody loved them! We booked the band to play at The Three Lions, Stourport-on-Severn on Gold Cup Day 2025 and didn't regret the decision. They came in set up and started playing straight away and immediately the dance floor was full. We were turning people away at the door as the pub was full to the brim! They played to the crowd and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves as well. "

"“They kept the vibe/party feel going throughout the whole night, even when they weren't on stage they were outside chatting with us. What a bunch of lovely guys. I had so many compliments for them throughout the night, everyone loved their songs, the mix ups and the medleys. Not your average run of the mill band, but a totally dedicated, professional and perfect performance.""

"These guys (and lady) did an absolutely amazing job for us. For what was a very personal family event they went to extra lengths to make it an even more memorable personal event. I’ve booked numerous bands previously for events but Alive and Kicking delivered that extra bit of quality. Thanks and apologies for my slow review! "

"Shama and The 515 Crew deliver more than just a show – the clarity of vocals and passion in their performance left both us and the audience wanting more. The stand out highlight of Bollywood Fever 2015 was having Shama and The 515 Crew 'wow' those present, set against the perfect backdrop of Bargehouse, Oxo Tower Wharf in the heartland of London's cultural district South Bank. Polite professionalism, whilst being able to perform to an expectant audience is a rare commodity in the entertainment industry, however Shama and The 515 Crew achieve this in abundance. "The Marvellous Motown Souls performed for the 2nd year running at a charity ball I organise. I can honestly say I wouldn’t even think about asking anyone else. They are such a fabulous band. They are versatile professional and so very helpful. Lizy has the voice of an angel, and the interaction with the guests is brilliant. I know I sold tickets for the event because they were playing. Thank you for helping make ICE Ball 2017 such a success xx"
