"Charlotte & Darryl played a set for Day 2 of our wedding, they were a reasonably late in the process booking for us, and it's one of the best decisions we made! They were absolutely fantastic, not only with incredible voices and talent, but just so much fun to have at the event, and all our guests, like us, loved them. We only wish we had booked them for longer - evidenced by chants of "one more song!" more than once, which they handled very graciously! Brilliant set list, lovely pair, know how to make a party a party. If you're thinking of booking them - do it!"

"We booked the Smokin Mirrors for our 10 year anniversary and they made the whole event! I received so many compliments about the music...They brought all of the sound equipment and took care of everything-Stress free and SO FUN. We never wanted them to leave. I will be seeing them again at my sisters wedding reception as she was so impressed she booked them on the spot. Thanks Smokin Mirrors...See you in June ;)"

"We were so happy with our choice for the daytime and evening music for our wedding in July. There is so much choice these days but luckily we fell we chose entertainment that was a cut above the usual. Hamish was very easy to work with and happy to take any questions we had before the big day including changing times 3 times and also rearranging the requested music. In the evening he organised a jazz trio that were superb and we couldn't have been happier!"

"We just had the Mellowtone Jazz trio play at my husband's 80th birthday BBQ. It was a lovely sunny afternoon, we had great food and wine all topped off with perfect music. The trio just add such a wonderful ambience to an event. As loud or as quiet as you like.......so so easy going. I would definitely recommend these guys. Carole"

"These lovely people came to play during the drinks at my daughter’s 21st birthday party. They were very attentive to her style, flexible on the timings of their sets, friendly and accommodating. Great music too - just the right tempo. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. June 2024"

"Dealing with Lynette ahead of the event was a pleasure, she was very easy to talk to and make all of the arrangements with. It was a shame I didn't get to meet her on the day, however this was down to her and the team just getting on with the job, by following the information she had been given to get to the venue and where she needed to be, which on a busy event day is just what you need. Fantastically low maintenance! Reports from our guests were really positive, the music was perfect and was pitched at just the right volume to provide a lovely ambience for our lunch, without being intrusive."

"SJCollective played as a quintet for a private event I threw celebrating mine and my wife's anniversary. They turned up well before the event started and brought all the equipment needed for the party. Ed the band leader was happy to take on requests and we were both very happy with the set . "
