"Lee made our day pure class. From the moment he arrived to set up he put us at our ease & we realized what a professional Lee was/is. It was great to hear him playing in the hotel lobby while our guests arrived, he played the perfect mix of songs we’d asked to be included. He was great during the ceremony & for the drunks reception afterward. Everyone loved his playing & his friendly approach to everyone who chatted to him. We could not recommend him enough to anyone who would be thinking of hiring him. We’re now just thinking of other occasions within the family where we’d love Lee to play."

"Amazing! It was so lovely to work with Kathryn and the group to create a beautiful bit of music for our wedding. They were so helpful and accomodating and went above and beyond to obtain sheet music and learn new pieces for us. Could not have been happier with them and the beautiful music they played for us. Wish I could have them all over again with time to just sit and listen to it all! Very grateful to have had them be part of the day."

"Lucy and Jack were amazing at our wedding. Everything we could have hoped for. They were great at learning my song requests for the whole day. Very reasonably priced for the incredible service they provide. Intimate and happy atmosphere created by their beautiful voices and musical talents! Completely perfected the musical genres we wanted of modern country and pop, with couple of older songs too. For any brides out there I highly recommend Lucy and Jack, and to have live singer whilst walking down the aisle, it was one of the most memorable parts of my day. "

"The Magenta String duo were fantastic. Communication prior to the event was top notch and nothing was too much trouble. The music during the ceromony and after during the arrival drinks was fantastic and all of our guests commented on how beautiful the playing was. "From the very first song this lady had us up on our feet! I danced in the rain for goodness sake. Her voice is incredible and her energy kept us moving all night. "What a fantastic event we had when we arranged for the "Sunny Steel Band" to be part of our promotion for "our best Christmas ever", playing Christmas songs on steel drums was absolutely fantastic, with plenty of dancing by staff members. A real uplifting and thoroughly enjoyable event and would definitely book them again if we were to arrange another event. "

"What can I say?! Catherine was absolutely fantastic and performed so beautifully at our wedding reception. She went out of her way to learn a new song that had special meaning for us and also sang her own song, "Soulmate" for us - which we love! She had our guests dancing and was amazing with some of my relations children; including them in "I wanna be like you!" with ad lib percussion! Thanks Catherine, you really made our party sing! "

"Allan and his band were great. We discussed a playlist beforehand: Nina Simone, Bill Withers, Stevie Wonder. The guys went with the flow of the event, good reportoire. Accomodating and very polite. Took requests. Really nice shirts! Very happy with The Soul Brothers. "
