Review Centre: 1970s & 80s Style Bands

"We booked The Renegades for our wedding. The band was well prepared with a thorough questionnaire well before the event to ensure a smooth setup, performance, and close. They had a great selection of songs to choose from and performed the off-list requests for the first and Father-Daughter dances perfectly. All the guests were very complimentary of the band and their performance. Communication with their manager, Rhona, was very easy and stress-free. Overall a very well organised and professional dealing, exactly what is required for such an important event. Definitely recommend."

"Please thank the band for making the evening amazing, being professional and well organized. The full band including the brass created a full complete sound which many of my guests commented on. The dance floor was filled! I have spent the last week receiving compliments saying how good the band was and how did I find you! In particular, the Florence songs were fantastic."

"I just wanted to thank you so so much for 13th August. You, the jazz trio and the band were just outstanding! I had so, so many compliments from our guests about how fantastic you were, and it’s a testament to you that the dancefloor was packed while the band was playing. Despite slight logistical challenges, it all just went so well. I also loved hearing the excerpt from Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto after we were married - it was really really special. You were all just amazing, phenomenal, fantastic and you contributed to a brilliant date. Thank you!!"

"If we could have our wedding again we would 100% pick The MonStars. They were absolutely amazing and made our night!!! The dance floor was packed and nobody wanted the last set to end!! If you are looking for a wedding band I would definitely recommend them! "

"Louise and the whole Kaleidoscope band were absolutely incredible for our wedding! Louise played the piano and sang during our ceremony, which was truly magical. It was everything we could have imagined and more. She and Steve then performed an acoustic set during our drinks reception, which added such a gorgeous, relaxed touch to the day. In the evening, the full band joined us and brought the house down, they were brilliant. In the lead-up to the wedding, Louise was amazing with communication. She shared sample tracks, answered every single question with care, and even adapted the playlist last-minute without any stress. The band even learned a few Sam Fender songs just for us! So many of our guests came up to tell us how fantastic Louise and the band were :) We honestly can’t recommend Kaleidoscope enough. Super singalong hits, fantastic vibes, and all-round excellence! Thank you again for helping to make our day so special! "

"Girls I don’t know where to start. After having your Abba Sisters show for my 50th birthday it was such a success I knew I wanted to stick with Abba again for my next big party but this time with a Mamma Mia Here We Go Again theme. The Mia Mammas were the perfect choice to keep us entertained and my goodness did you!!!! What an amazing show and fabulous costumes. Seeing all my friends and family fill the dancefloor within the first minute was just what I wanted and thank you for letting me have my starring moment complete with feather boa. Simply amazing. My only worry is how I top it next time! "
