"Having a Ceilidh band and a caller will absolutely make your event. There are two things my family and friends talk about when they talk about my wedding: the Ceilidh and our magician. So first off, going for a Ceilidh really is worthwhile. It's super inclusive, all your guests end up dancing together, it's so much fun, loads of laughter and it means EVERYONE is on the dancefloor. So now you're sold on a Ceilidh... you need to think no further than hiring Sound With Us. I have had 70 guests of varying physical abilities, varying ages (from 2 months to 75 years old) and of various languages spoken.... The caller was incredible: fun but also very patient and very visual, repeating instructions as many times as necessary. Also unexpected on the day, one of the member of the band knew a very famous French song which (me being Belgian) meant that my whole family got up and sang with him. He performed in between sets, totally unsolicited. Honestly, Ceilidh With Us helped make our day totally unforgettable."

"The Funky Mother Covers played at our companies Christmas party in 2022. They were absolutely fantastic. After having watched England lose the football and get kicked out of the World Cup, the band got everyone on their feet dancing and singing and having a thoroughly good time. We loved them so much that they are coming back for our 2023 Christmas party."

"I must say the Chapel Hill Trio on my day were fantastic. It was great to have such quality at a very reasonable price. I found the booking procedure easy with lots of conversations around the day and set up by both email and telephone which made me feel at ease. I was particularly impressed that the Trio were able to play a piece completely of my choosing, it made the day that little bit extra special. Thank you guys!!"

From the ceremony to the final song of the night, they delivered an unforgettable experience. During the cocktail hour, they set the perfect tone with music that matched the moment beautifully. But it was during the post-dinner dancing that they truly came to life, delivering not just incredible live music but a full-on performance filled with energy, charisma, and immaculate vibes. They had everyone on the dance floor, feeding off their contagious energy, and making the night feel electric. So many of our guests raved about them, asking how we found them and if they could be booked in the U.S.—a true testament to how amazing they were! Beyond their performance, they were some of the nicest and most professional people we've ever worked with. Their communication throughout the planning process was seamless, and they genuinely seemed as excited about our wedding as we were. "Just to say that the band were quite simply brilliant at our Christmas function. Sam promised early doors that they were just going to 'keep on rocking'. From the first song to the last, they did exactly that. I have never seen so many people dance for so long. The quality, the set, the tunes were all spot on for the audience and I would not for one second hesitate to recommend them to anyone, corporate or private. Their versatility was amazing. Please thank them all again for a great night. We will plan to have them again soon!"

"Licksquid were our first choice for our wedding reception and a brilliant choice right from the start. Dan and the boys were friendly and professional and tailored the set to our requirements. These boys aren't afraid of a challenge - we had a very particular request for our first dance involving the start being played acoustically then the band joining in later on - Lick Squid accepted the challenge and pulled it off brilliantly! They even traveled from Derbyshire to the Lake District for our wedding - if that isn't commitment then I don't know what is! Suited and booted the band played two long sets with the dance floor filled throughout to classic rock, pop and a mixture of other genres. Everyone was catered for young and old. Every single guest at our wedding was seen on the dance floor at some point which was a massive deal. We highly recommend Licksquid, they made our special day even more special and were so easy to deal with - a blessing during wedding planning!"

"I asked Back2Skool Duo to come & play at my 50th Birthday party. They were amazing, I wasn't really sure what to expect, but this band delivered. Plenty of old Skool classics got people on the dance floor. Lots of communication prior to the party to ask my requirements, but to be honest I was happy to let the band do their thing, and they really did their thing! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a band that really knows how to work the room and get people moving. Thanks for adding that extra special touch to my party."
