"I’ve been Mrs Donnelly for 2 weeks now and I’m still smiling from how lovely our wedding was which is mainly thanks to you and your band mates. Our family and friends and still talking about the day and how great the BM Ceilidh Band was. The atmosphere you created was just what we wanted and you were wonderful when the singer didn’t turn up. "We could not rate Eccentric Pony highly enough - friendly, versatile, amazing communication, flexible (but realistic!) with our requests. The dance floor was FULL the entire time, everyone was loving the tunes and the energy - and even demanded an encore. We had so many positive comments and have passed on the band's details to a few friends as well. THANK YOU for being part of our perfect wedding day!"

"Simone and Jack, who played Guitar, were just outstanding. The music Simone chose to sing was absolutely fantastic and perfect for the mood of our party. By the time she finished we were dancing the night away! Simone has a strong and beautiful voice and she made our gathering into a party. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to family and friends and hope we have another opportunity in the near future, to hear her sing again."

"My wife and I had a black tie/kilted dinner dance recently with over 90 guests of all ages. The highlight of the evening was the Northern Reel Collective.They had everyone up dancing and having fun and with a professional dance caller it all went incredibly well. We would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a traditional, energetic, professional Ceilidh Band . "The Soul Way truly made our wedding day complete! They were absolutely fantastic and kept our guests up dancing all night. Both myself and James felt so lucky to have them down to play and were thrilled with their performance!! Everyone has since remarked on how 'professional' and 'Fantastic' the band was and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting an upbeat, funky/soul style set to get their wedding party started!!!"

"I just wanted to thank you soooo much for Saturday. The band were amazing, everyone loved them! I remember looking towards the end of the night dancing, and looking out at the venue and EVERYONE was on the dance floor. That’s a sure fire sign that you’ve picked the right band."

From playing background during the reception creating a wonderful atmosphere, to supplying the music between awards, choosing the perfect repertoire & level of interaction.
