"We had the best day ever for our wedding party and Mitch played a big part in that. He read the room, got the vibe right and had everyone dancing all night. The percussion sets made everything feel a bit more bout and special. And he was flexible when we made a couple of questionable music requests too :D Definitely recommended for parties and weddings. "

"Our guests are still talking about is Rob's sax performance during our ceremony, they were just chatting away while we signed the register, but the church fell silent the moment Rob started to play. It was a surprise to our guests but we were equally blown away. Rob playing the sax was so much more amazing than we imagined it to be - powerful, romantic and set the mood for the rest of our day. Thank you!!! "

"Basement Hire have just supplied all the audio equipment for a second party for us and both times they have been faultless. Very efficient and helpful and completely reliable. Set-up and collection were done almost by stealth and, most importantly, the sound quality was ear-splittingly superb. Highly recommended."

"DJ Karl Joseph is absolutely THE Dj you want for any occasion. we had our wedding on 19th Feb 2022 in South wales, DJ Karl Joseph travelled 4 hours to our venue through horrendous weather conditions and we're so pleased he made it. We'd given DJ Karl Joseph a short list of different songs and artists that we like, from this he created the most amazing playlist all night long. EVERYONE was up on the dance floor. Our venue hosts even told me that whilst they've had some great live bands at Tall Johns over the years, DJ Karl Joseph was THE BEST DJ they've EVER had there! which says a lot considering the number of weddings they hold there. DJ Karl Joseph is down to earth, friendly, professional and very punctual. He immediately became part of our wedding party and what a night it was. the photos he took throughout out evening are awesome we've been taken right back to our wedding night. THANK YOU DJ Karl Joseph for making our evening do an absolute blast."

"The disco was perfect, despite the amount of chatting and catching up that was being done, people found their way to the dance floor and in fact my 5 year old son barely moved from 'his spot' on the dance floor for nearly 2 hours solid! "

"Before we go off on our honeymoon, I have to let you know that Rob was absolutely AMAZING at our wedding yesterday, 18th July. We had so many people compliment him and given half the chance I would have just sat next to him and watched and listened for the entire time! I just wish we had a camera rolling at him so I could play it back!! Thank you! And a massive thanks to Rob for making our day so special."

"I booked JR Entertainments for an annual dinner event at my golf club, Selby GC. From the initial contact, Jack and Ryan were quick to respond and suggested an excellent evenings entertainment, namely, an hour of close up magic followed by a disco. They turned up on time, got themselves set up and were ready to start an hour of tremendous fun. Both Jack and Ryan were able to amaze with some very clever and to be honest, bewildering magic, which went down a treat. We agreed that we would have relatively quiet background music during dinner and when the plates were cleared, we enjoyed an evening of popular music from the sixties all the way through to relatively new stuff. I can absolutely recommend Jack and Ryan to anybody looking for a one stop solution for music and magic. The boys offered great value and if the right opportunity arises, I would not hesitate in working with Jack and Ryan again. Thank you"

" 5 hours ago John has done a few parties over the years for my family and even done my nana funeral and now just done my daughter 18th birthday Macara my daughter has learning disabilities and is not 18 in some aspects and we wanted something that was fun for her and some of her friends and John did just that played dance floor games winning prizes played music for all ages John such a good dj he gets everyone on the floor thanks again John Macara had the best night can’t Thankyou enough x "

"Frankie was the DJ for my husband's 50th birthday garden party and was totally professional, conscientious and creative throughout. The music that Frankie compiled with my husband's music tastes in mind was absolutely mind-blowing; so much so that my whole family and friends danced under the stars, all night long - I even saw a trendy, young passerby dancing outside our garden gate, who said that the music was 'totally awesome' and asked if he could join the party! Frankie also set up her own lighting equipment, which lit up the whole front of our house with a rotating assortment of cool, retro images. Furthermore, as an expert artist, she seamlessly blended her music around the sessions of a live band and an impromptu singing session with the mic, as well as playing the bongos, which were superb! All in all, you have our deepest gratitude, Frankie, for creating a magical birthday party for everyone to remember. It's our daughter's 21st birthday next year, so we will be in touch again soon!"

"Absolutely AMAZING person, Emi sang at my sisters funeral when she passed in a car accident in 2013. Jade wasn't just my sister but she was Emi's friend too, and the pure strength when she sang in front of a packed out church that day was amazing. She sang absolutely beautiful even through tears, me and my family cannot thank her enough. Jade thought she was an amazing singer, and we all have massive hopes for your future!! I'm crying now so i'm off haha best of luck in everything you do, you deserve every ounce of recognition!! Lots of love!! xxx"
