"I have seen this band perform many times over the years and find them consistantly very good. A good mixture of folk, Irish, humour and generally fun. They've always had the ability to make you want to get up and dance!"

"Dear Marcus, Where do we start? We appreciate everything you did to be with us at such short notice to play at our wedding in June. You greatly exceeded our expectations, and all of our guests were absolutely thrilled. The music and your amazing voice was just perfect for our Anglo American wedding, and even the Americans who were used to Motown were impressed. We didn’t leave the dance floor all night, along with everyone else, so that is a sign of a truly great party! We have some brilliant photos of you and the band – especially the ‘My Girl’ routine! We will be sure to send these through when we receive them from the photographer in August. Thanks again, Much love, "

"The Spectrum were chosen to play our Autumn Ball from this site and what a great choice! We chose them because they come with a DJ also which fitted our requirements. The band were excellent and played a varied mix of lively songs for everyone to dance to. We have already booked them for next years event! "

"Big Smoke Brass caught my eye from a cover they don’t even have up anymore and they lived up to literally everything I wanted. Our dinner overran by two hours and true to professionalism they played as long as our venue would allow, launching in as soon as they could - literally every single guest I’ve spoken to since my wedding complimented me on my brilliant choice of band. They even sent us an arrangement of our first dance ahead of time so we could practise to it, and they worked really hard to make our event completely perfect, even tailoring a parade style entrance on the fly! I could not compliment them more. I wish I could get married again so that I can hire them again, but I guess I’ll just have to think grander with my celebrations from here on out to get them back!"

"We had such a great night for my mum’s 80th. There was a wide mix of people there and everyone loved the band across the board. Most people got up for a dance but many were just happy to watch with a beer or three. It was perfect - thanks so much to Martyn and the band for being so accommodating, talented and brilliant! They even learned my mum’s favourite skiffle song from her younger days when she was in a band. Really appreciated. "
