"Thank you so much to Detroit Deluxe for playing at our wedding, they topped off an amazing and very special day. Rachel and Reniece were awesome from the moment we saw them! Everything was brilliant, from the songs, the voices, the band and we loved the saxophone! They created an atmosphere that brought everyone to the dance floor, from all generations, everyone was smiling and having such a great time. After the band finished their last song, everyone began singing Mr Brightside and the band just picked it up and joined in, such an awesome moment! Thank you for everything, we would definitely book them again or go see them play. "

"Dear Lilac, Thank you I have recovered, just two more parties to go, I have allowed for a couple of days between each I’m so pleased the band enjoyed the day as well. Your team did a lot to help make that great atmosphere. I have had a lot of thank you messages from guests; “good food, good company, great ceilidh”, “the ceilidh band were excellent”. "Neil was just fantastic! He is a top quality musician and an altogether top bloke too. He travelled quite a long way to be at our wedding and kept his playlist to the songs we had asked for - he also learned two of our favourite songs especially for our day. We would highly recommend Neil as a guest artist at whatever event or celebration you may be planning on the future. Just fabulous. "

"James played recently at our daughters wedding and I can't compliment him highly enough, he was perfect. He sings and plays beautifully in a laid back way which created a relaxed happy atmosphere. "Luka was booked with very late notice to replace an artist and although she didn't have previous experience of the event was thorough with planning, flexible with our set up, incredibly easy to communicate with and a pleasure to welcome on to the team. With a small guide to the aesthetic of the event, Luka tailored her image to what we required and was absolutely perfect, presenting herself immaculately throughout. The song choice was discussed beforehand and she brought her own equipment which was ideal for our space. I have no hesitation in booking Luka again, and in fact, have done due to her attitude and talent. I look forward to working with her again when possible, she's a valuable asset to the success of events and adds glamour, a beautiful voice and is a team player."

"I first heard Rob play 10 years ago and love how he played then. When he agreed to play at my wedding I was very excited. He performed fantastically and all the guests loved him. "Thank you for the wonderful music. So many people have commented on how much they enjoyed it - to have jazz live in my own back garden really made it for me. There was a wonderful moment when I was getting ready upstairs when a few bars drifted up on the warm summer's breeze and surprised me and lifted my heart - I shall always remember that!"
