"We booked the string duo on 17th August 2019 and they were fantastic. The music was beautiful and they were so easy to work with we didn't have to do anything, which was incredibly helpful. We would highly recommend Magenta Strings to others looking to book a string duo or quartet."

Their energy is contagious, and it doesn’t take long before the entire crowd is hooked, especially me! The way they blend genre and tempo – from slow, soul-soothing melodies to full-throttle anthems – keeps you on your toes. You can feel the passion in every note they play, and the connection between the band and the audience is amazing. "I booked Soul Generations for a Year 12 weekend social event and was very impressed in every respect. Communication prior to the event was timely, the band turned up in plenty of time and conducted themselves in a thoroughly professional and reliable manner throughout the event. The standard of their performance was outstanding and they really understood their audience, planning and adapting content accordingly. They were a delight to work with and would recommend them highly. "

"We booked 21c together with their DJ after having trawled through a list of many other bands. We were NOT disappointed. The communication between Helen, their manager and Jay the lead singer was faultless, they discussed every detail and made sure all our requirements were met, nothing was too much trouble. We weren’t at the venue at the time of their arrival and setup but everything was in place at the given time and the DJ had just started. The band/DJ were polite, friendly and well presented. Their sound was amazing, a lot of cover bands just do not get it right, this is something you cannot say about this band. They were rocking right from the very first song. Their mix of older and newer was very well balanced, so all ages were on the floor having a great time. We can honestly say that they well exceeded our expectations. We have had numerous texts come through saying what a brilliant evening it was and where did we find them! They were worth every penny, entertainment is the most important thing to ensure an event goes well and we couldn’t have asked for a more successful evening."

"I cannot sing the praises of this band highly enough. All the musicians are absolutely lovely, and took time speaking to my mum (who's birthday it was) and the guests. They are all so incredibly talented and were an absolute pleasure to listen to throughout the night. They were prompt, professional, friendly and got the vibe of night perfectly, creating a wonderful atmosphere with fantastic music. I cannot recommend this band enough, they were simply fantastic in every way. If you are ever looking for a Jazz quartet, please do book with this band for your event. They were the absolute highlight of the night and the making of the party. "

"We had an absolutely fantastic wedding party with The Blue Suede Shoes providing the music. The band created a great atmosphere straight away, and had everyone up dancing with their excellent range of songs! Communication was brilliant from start to finish. We would definitely recommend The Blue Suede Shoes to anyone looking for a wonderful night of music!"

I booked a 5 piece as I wanted a fiddle player, great musicians, Steve top singer, Luke the engineer was really kind and very helpful with a video link of Zac. "We're so glad we chose The Blue Suede Shoes for our wedding - they really made our night. They got all our guests on their feet and we got so many compliments about the music choices.
