"We had Sean for our wedding earlier this year at Mytton Fold. He was great all the way thru the planning process with several meetings and even singing some songs at the meetings to get what we wanted. On the day, he was amazing with his singing with a perfect mix of old classics and modern-day songs. He sang everything we asked for and more. He even managed to get me up for a dance so must have been good!!! The DJ section of the night was also very good, with a very good mix of songs and music to get everyone up on the dance floor. He was very professional with the wedding speeches and managed to keep a good flow throughout the night. We would whole heartedly recommend him to any family and friends who need a singer/DJ. Thanks again Sean."

"Above and beyond is what you get from Eccentric Pony! The dance floor was packed all night when they were playing and when Jimmy took our very very long playlist and turned it into something that had people on their feet singing and dancing in-between sets. Our day fell pretty behind schedule and they handled it perfectly switching from 3 shorter sets to 2 longer ones with no fuss. As a wedding present I asked if they could learn one of my husband's original songs. Jimmy was brilliant taking an acoustic version and turning it into a pop punk bop! He even asked for a digital copy so that he wouldn't give the game away by streaming it too many times on Spotify. On the night it was perfect and they let Alistair jump up and sing it with them. Not only that but a few days after the wedding we got an email with a full band recording for us to keep! We could not recommend Eccentric Pony enough"

"This group of lovely people were a joy to deal with from booking and up to their departure! The music is a delightful combo of folk-style interpretations of current hits and old favourites that was just perfect for our boho-style forest wedding in a tipi. "Had the absolute pleasure of working with Shakers Gold at Believe Christmas Parties throughout the first three weeks of December. So impressed with how professional, friendly and helpful they were in the build-up to the event and throughout - nothing was too much trouble and their main priority was our guests and ensuring that they had the best experience possible, which helped in putting our minds at ease during a very stressful period. Very engaging and a huge hit with our guests (proven by a full dance floor every evening!) Would definitely recommend for any event where a fantastic live band is needed. "Well ... what can I say other than they are the best band ever!! Booked them for my 50th and it was the best decision. If you want to dance until your feet hurt then this is the band for you! Professional musicians who will make your party the most talked about. Book them! You won't be disappointed!"
