"Lizzie was absolutely brilliant! Friendly, smiley, confident and managed to entice everyone on to the dance floor with her sax playing. she played along to the DJ, mingling with the dancers. Great company and outstanding performances!"

"We wanted to email you to thank you so so much for Saturday. All the guests have commented on how excellent you were , and it really made our wedding breakfast to have you play. Moonriver was just beautiful. You have been so professional, kind and fantastic to deal with since we booked you over a year ago. You were always so easy to get hold of and really made Matt and I feel like you wanted to make our day so special. You could not have done more. We could not be happier that we chose you for the wedding! "

"We are a charity for older people. Jonny played at our French themed BBQ for around 40 clients average age 78yrs. Jonny's playing and repertoire were perfect for the day but he didn't just play and add to the atmosphere he interacted with the clients in a friendly and personable way. He certainly contributed significantly to the success of the day."

"Wow! Magenta strings played beautifully at one of our church fundraising evenings by candlelight. Everyone was blown away by the music and the atmosphere. We will definitely be asking them back for our 2026 fundraiser! "

"Wow, wow, wow Martin sang at my friend's wedding and he was absolutely incredible! We gave him a list of songs, but also asked him to sing what he thought would sound great, he didn’t disappoint. Would definitely book him again!!"

"I would like to take this moment to say thank you for playing such a special part at my mum's wedding, what a day it was! Your saxophone rendition of ‘At Last’ by Etta James, performed throughout the signing the registry was just beautiful, powerful yet subtlety played, it really set the tone for the rest of the day."

"Huge thanks to Tony and the rest of the band for playing at our wedding reception. You were absolutely amazing and kept the dance floor filled all night! We had many compliments from our guests on the choice of band and I have to say you absolutely made our night! The extra special touch of learning our special Elvis song was very much appreciated and meant the world to us. We can’t thank you enough!"

"I’d just like to say a massive thank you to Dave, Mike and Gerry who form BM Ceilidh Band. This is the third event that we have booked them for and once again it was a massive success. They are always reliable and turn up on time. They set up the equipment with no fuss and are very adaptable to any type of event whether it be a Burns Night, a Ceilidh, a Wedding or a Birthday Party. Dave is incredibly patient at giving instructions to those who are novice dancers and even goes out onto the dance floor to help people with the dance steps. They cater for all abilities, young and old! Dave encourages people to get up to dance without being too intrusive and has a good sense of humour which makes people laugh and enjoy the night. Everyone who has been to our events where BM Ceilidh Band have played have thoroughly enjoyed themselves and have always been very positive about this band. I would certainly recommend the BM Ceilidh Band for any occasion and will be booking them again in the future."

"Communication with Ebor and Conor in particular has been fantastic in the build up to the wedding. What a fantastic team of talented musicians!! Both me and Rob want to say a BIG thank you to the team for being there on Saturday. It was absolutely beautiful and definitely made the atmosphere in the church (lots of tears were had!!) lots of our guests said how beautiful it was. We even had compliments from local villagers too who heard the music at the village hall which was lovely!! Thank you for being so accommodating and flexible with the set lists and we hope to see you at future gigs/events… I’ve asked for tickets for my birthday later in the year!! Thank you again!!"
