"I recently watched Unwritten Duo at a gig and they were amazing! Jo’s voice is stunning and she sings with such passion that you can feel the music The guys are all very talented musicians who complement each other and the vocals perfectly! Definitely watch Unwritten Duo perform if you can - they are as fun as they are talented!"

"The experience on the day was excellent all-round. Laura was punctual, professional and very pleasant to deal with. Her choice of music was exactly what was wanted and her playing was great to listen to. The nearest thing to a negative I can say is that I was constantly being approached by my guests to tell me how enjoyable Laura's playing was. Very grateful to her for making the event very much better than it would otherwise have been."

"Careful thought was taken in finding the right band and genre of music that would compliment our formal charity dinner held at Britannia Royal Naval College in October 2013. The band provided a superb tailored set of soft jazz and virtuoso performances which delighted the guests. The band delivered. A rich performance, utilising the natural acoustic qualities of the quarterdeck for the reception was followed, after dinner, with a cosy intimate set in the Senior Gunroom bar. The band delivered. They were simply outstanding, producing exactly what was required to make this special event so memorable. I can not recommend them highly enough!"

"Hi Aly (and all the Aluinn and Definitives musicians), WOW - you are brilliant, amazing and totally delivered!!! Thank you all so much for playing at my party at Markington Hall last week and making it such an incredible evening. Really enjoyed both bands equally. Quite a few people were worried about the ceilidh and told me they "probably won't dance" but they did and they didn't seem to stop all night. And then the momentum seemed to pick up even more with the Definitives sets - just fab. Quite a few people have asked me for your details so I hope this will lead to more bookings in our area. "Sarah's performance was arranged as a surprise for an elderly friend of mine, Graham M, who loves music/carols but is no longer sufficiently mobile to be able to get to a church service. Graham also has issues with his eye sight which means that he cannot really watch TV etc any more so he spends his days listening to classical music. On the arranged Sunday night in December, Sarah arrived punctually and sang the first carol from the garden. Graham was immediately enraptured by her beautiful voice. As it was rather chilly, Sarah then came inside and continued her selection of songs to her audience of 3! She controlled her voice beautifully to suit the surroundings and Graham was clearly transported back to his past Christmases as he closed his eyes and mimed along - not wanting to spoil Sarah's singing :o) Sarah was so kind and caring with Graham and happily chatted with him about her training, career, etc. We were all very emotional at the impact Sarah's performance had on Graham - it was definitely the best Christmas surprise I have ever organised & the 3 of us will talk about it for years to come, I am sure. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah for such performances and will definitely call on her services again if/when the opportunity arises. Thank you so much, Sarah - you made an elderly gentleman, his daughter and friend very happy that night! "

"The Songbirds were excellent, on time, lovely voices and very professional. They made the party the success it was - fantastic ladies. Their song repertoire suited the event - a birthday party in World War aerodrome. One guests commented that they were "stonking" - we totally agree. Very highly recommended. "
