"Deciding to add ‘live’ walk up music for the awards presentation itself was a first for us, and the decision proved right. The ‘stings’ ranged from intense to amusing - our Managing Editor walked up to the Mission Impossible theme - and caused one of our guests to remark that it was ‘just like the Oscars’. On the sheer entertainment side of things, check out this band. They are awesome. "

"Soul Generations were absolutely fantastic at our wedding. Their repertoire was interesting and varied, so it was easy to select a really good set list together. Rhona, their manager, got in touch about a month before and asked if we wanted the band to learn something new for the first dance, which we thought was incredibly thoughtful. On the day, the band absolutely smashed it - from beginning to end. Their versions of each song was original, cool and on point. Nearly everyone asked where we had found the band, and said they were absolutely the best they'd heard. We loved every minute. Thank you!! X"

"Well, we got what we paid for. Brilliant….. Just a quick note to say we were so pleased you firstly turned up! We knew you would lol. Gareth was extremely glad you played some 70’s classics. It made his night and all his mates too. Our first dance was so special and would just like to pass our thanks on to you and the band at short notice learning it for us and can’t wait to see you at another wedding. "We hired the Marvellous Souls for our wedding evening. One of our biggest concerns when wedding planning was that no one would be dancing on the dance floor. We couldn’t have been more wrong. The dance floor was full all night thanks to the amazing talent and engagement from the band. Each member is incredible at what they do and they are such genuine lovely people. We went with the 6 piece band and it was a perfect dynamic, the band played so well together. We also hired the DJ who created a great atmosphere before the band and kept everyone dancing after the band finished. The wedding venue even said it’s the best band they have ever had at the venue! The communication prior to the wedding was first class and we were immediately put at ease and felt well taken care of. They were very organised, professional and everything went very smoothly, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Would 100% recommend booking The Marvellous souls if you are looking for talented musicians, a good time and professionalism! Thank you for making our wedding day so memorable and fun! "

"Somerset Soul were absolutely amazing. I knew they would be good from the videos, but they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The dance floor was packed all night and everyone has been talking about how good they were ever since. Unbelievable talent aside (I truly mean it- unbelievable!) They were just wicked to deal with from start to finish, true professionals but totally personable and everything you could want! Rebecca is a dream vocalist, and the guys are fab. Top tier music selections and medleys. The dj set / request hour was wicked too and music in between. They vibed off the crowd and the crowd, them! If you are reading this ... Take it as a sign to book them! You won't regret it. 10/10 impressive, i couldn't have asked for more. We love you guys! Xx "
