"The Leathernecks arrived in plenty of time to set up between the reception and evening party. The choice of music was spot on for our crowd - volume perfect. We all hit the dance floor for the first song and it was packed thereafter. Great connection with the guests and they looked to be enjoying the event as much as we did. Would highly recommend for any event where you want to have a great time and get lively on the dance floor. My daughter and her new husband had an amazing wedding party and all of the guests said it was the best wedding ever. Nice lads too. "

"“Last Minute Bookings” Truly lives up to their name!!! I am from the states and my daughter was getting married at the Lord of the Manor in the Cotswolds. I wanted to have a bagpiper as a surprise for my daughter. After them helping me book a piper and everything arranged and ready to go for the big day, the piper had unfortunately fallen ill and was not going to be able to play at the wedding. The bad news was short lived thanks to Sara-Jane and Last minute Booking…very shortly she had another piper lined up and we were all set!!! The piper Patrick Larkin came to Lords of the Manor and played brilliantly…he marched the wedding party over from the hotel to the church and what a surprise it was for my Daughter Claire!!! It was perfect and it was all made possible by Last Minute Booking and Patrick!! We are forever grateful for helping make our daughter’s wedding something we will never forget!!! Thank you, Jeff. "

"We had The Smooth Criminals play at our wedding and they were nothing short of phenomenal. From start to finish, they kept the energy high, the dance floor packed, and the smiles on everyone’s faces. A special thanks to James, who took the time before the wedding to really understand our vision and music preferences. Those pre-wedding meetings were invaluable, and the band absolutely smashed every request we made. A huge shout-out also goes to their incredible female lead singer – her voice was stunning, and her energy was absolutely electric. She had everyone from our youngest guests to our grandparents up and dancing, and the atmosphere she created was unforgettable. We’ve had so many compliments from guests saying it was the best wedding band they’d ever seen, and we couldn’t agree more. If you want a band that will bring your party to life and make your night truly memorable, look no further than The Smooth Criminals."

"The band were absolutely fantastic on Saturday and accompanied the ceremony perfectly. We thought that the band were fantastic. They played beautifully and I was so thankful for their version of Canon in D. Everyone commented how fantastic the band were."

"Hi Fiddlestix, Thanks again for the wonderful ceilidh you and your band put on for us last Saturday. I have written a review for you to use below. Warm regards Julie Fiddlestix played a mix of English, Irish and Scottish music at our wedding breakfast in December. Both the musicians and the caller were excellent and we all thoroughly enjoyed the ceilidh. Many of our guests took to the floor, some of whom had never participated in a dance before. When numbers dwindled at the end of the evening, the band switched to performing Elvis Presley songs which got some of our remaining guests up and dancing. People have told us how much they enjoyed the music. Thank you, Fiddlestix, for providing us with such fun. Julie"

"We booked Platinum for our wedding recently and we're so happy we did! The band were absolutely amazing and had such a range of songs suitable for guests of all ages. They were very professional to deal with and communication was great. Our guests never left the dancefloor and were raving about the band all evening and following few days. If you are thinking about booking them... Do it, you won't regret it."

"After a decade or so in London, he has lost none of his native musical ability on accordion or as a bel canto tenor. The duo's irreverence, including introducing Harrison's virtuoso violin flourishes as if playing at the Queen Vic, and sundry comic turns, help give their musical sketches a real sense of pace. Yet for all their larking around, when the music demands gravitas and expression, it's there in spades."
