"The Blue Suede Shoes recently played at our wedding near Winchester. In the lead-up, the band were responsive, flexible and professional. They learned a song especially for our first dance, which was great. On the day The Blue Suede Shoes were fantastic: a funky style which got everyone moving. They really added to the occasion which would not have been the same without them."

"Kirsty was amazing from start to finish. Couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Kirsty was so friendly and open in the initial stages and was always very quick to respond. The contract and music choice stages went so smoothly. Music was one of the few areas of the wedding planning process I had no stress about because I knew Kirsty would deliver. And oh did she deliver, from a custom remix for our first dance, to an unforgettable throwback hour, to excellent music all night that suited us perfectly (we had so many compliments on the music). Thank you again, Kirsty, you made the night perfect!"

"Hi Tad, Sam, Colette and Louisa, We just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all for playing at our wedding last Sunday. We had such a brilliant day and you guys were a big part of the fun so thank you! We really appreciate you guys being able to play a bit earlier to accommodate our missing guitarist from the other band. Slightly stressful when you all arrived, sorry about that, but we got there in the end! I hope it worked out ok for you guys and you got plenty to eat and drink. We loved the Ceílí even though despite Louisa's brilliant instruction we were quite terrible at remembering what to do! Haha! Great fun though! "Thank you so much to the whole Cheers band for the incredible music you performed at our wedding. It was absolutely amazing and I cannot fault it at all. A true highlight, with many of our family and friends commenting on it both on the night and since then as well. The musical ability on show was fantastic, delightful instruments and wonderful vocals. Also a big thank you for how easy and straightforward you made the communication throughout the whole process, which is massively appreciated."

Both Cat and I couldn’t have been happier with the set list and performance – we’ve had plenty of comments from our guests about how good you guys were, particularly some of the guitar work so please pass on our thanks to the rest of the crew. Also, I think your suggestion to have the second guitarist was brilliant as it really added to the fullness of the sounds, particularly for some of the rockier tunes. I’m not sure if it’ll materialise into anything, but I did suggest to the venue that they get you onto their recommended suppliers list… Thanks again, Sean & Cat. "

"Michael and his band made the party. They were extremely professional (before the party I was already reassured by their professionalism and attention to detail). As soon as they started playing, the atmosphere of my party became joyful and fun, they sounded amazing (they play and sing fantastic and their sound system was great). It was my 50th birthday party with a mix of people from a broad range of nationalities and almost everyone was on their feet dancing because their music and presence was irresistible. Furthermore, they made me feel very special because they included my name in some of the songs that they played (it was all Cuban/Latinamerican as per my request) which was really fun. I would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again if I had another party. They were the highlight of my event (many guests of my party said this to me as well)."

"We had an absolutely rocking time! The band had really great energy and didn't seem to miss even a note the whole evening. They played all the songs we asked for and even did a few extras to keep all our friends and family out on the dance floor and hopping. We would not hesitate to recommend the band to anyone for a function or to book them again if we had the chance. "

"Rebecca added so much to our wedding. She was a pleasure to correspond with pre-event (through several COVID-related date changes). Her music is beautifully and sensitively delivered. She was working at a venue she had not been to before, and that causes her no issues at all. She helped to create exactly the relaxed environment we were aiming for during our meal. Absolutely, wholeheartedly recommended."

"From seeing Southwest performing in Harrogate we booked them for our event. We had a wonderful party, mainly due to this great band. Southwest play music for all ages & tastes, these guys are extremely talented & really nice too. Highly recommended for any event. Thank you so much - party John & Angie (ask them to do a acapella with helium hehe) (Oh but don't ask Henry to wear balloon hats he doesn't like them, but he only tells you after you buy him the drink.......) (Oh and another thing, we think you're good looking enough to be the lead singer!) (as you can see we had a good time)"
