"I recently heard this amazing young harpist play in Didsbury near where I live. Her programme was fantastic- a mixture of pieces that I knew and some that I didn't, but she completely captivated the audience throughout. I loved her interesting introductions to each piece, I learned so much! I hope very much to have the opportunity to hear Alice play again before too long."

"Solid Gold were the band I chose for my 70th birthday party. They responded immediately to my initial requests and communication was excellent throughout the process. In the day they arrived early despite quite a long journey to get to our corner of Kent, and began setting up immediately. They are a talented and amiable bunch of excellent professional musicians who provided us with two brilliant one hour sets of music we’d agreed in advance, ranging from 50’s classics through to up to date popular bangers. This is their true strength; an ability to cover any kind of music to match the occasion. I cannot recommend Solid Gold highly enough, they’re a pleasure to deal with and provided a superb musical backdrop to my special evening. Thanks again guys!"

"We booked The Backbeats for my grandmas surprise 80th party last week, and they were absolutely incredible. The whole band are so talented, professional and friendly. Martyn was a pleasure to work alongside when arranging plans. The guests loved the performance, and some said it was the best party that they have been to! "Julian Tucker has just been Nominated for The Wedding Industry Awards by Immy Smith Adams: Julian is INCREDIBLE. He was relaxed yet purposeful and we trusted him completely to make our drinks reception fun and lively. He perfected the tone and brought way more instruments than expected to provide variety. He’s a very talented musician."
