"Brilliant! Spent the afternoon at a Prosecco festival and these guys did 3 sets of up tempo music ranging from the 50's to current hits. Did them all brilliantly and kept the dance floor full all through. I can't recommend them highly enough they were great."

"I cannot begin to thank you all enough. I am sorry that I only spoke to you so briefly on the day, I feel very bad about that, but I hope you know that from behind my tired, haven't kept down a meal for 3 days face, I was having a wonderful time and really am so grateful for how smoothly, professionally and kindly you set up, and lent us the PA and then came so quietly on the Sunday that I didn't even notice you take your things away! Most importantly though, thank you for such a wonderful party. You guys really made the evening and everyone, without fail, was absolutely riveted by you and bombarded us with praise for having found such a phenomenal band… you really were perfect. Dancing amongst the crowd one of my favourite things was hearing everyone say excitedly after each song 'what are they going to play next, what are they going to play next'. And then without fail the little bursts of 'yesssss' as you broke into yet another amazing track and pulled it off with your unfailing finesse, sending the whole dance floor into a crazy writhing mess of the kind of dancing that people save specially for weddings! Your repertoire and your astounding competence at playing each track was remarkable. Paul told me that your Bassist was standing in for someone with a broken wrist… or something like that, well you really were so good and pulled it off completely if that was the case. I had to go and have a lie down half way through the set and it was very annoying to lie there listening to great track after great track… I wanted to pause the party until I had energy enough to come and dance again. Apologies for the mix up with the cake cutting, I had no idea there was any plan to do that and I think my well meaning but slightly over zealous parents asked you guys to stop for it, whilst I was actually having a lie down upstairs and not about to go anywhere near a cake. But I don't think it spoiled anyones fun too much and the party was really fantastic. I really can't thank you enough. I know you guys had to cancel things for the evening and it was so kind of you to give us a mates rate. I will, of course, be recommending you to anyone and everyone, especially Chaucer Barn, as presumably as it's in your hood it would be a convenient regular wedding setup. Also if you need any quotes of recommendation or anything we will of course be happy to sing your praises to anyone."

"Kay was absolutely amazing! She sang for us at my husbands 40th and it was the perfect tempo acoustic music. Kay’s voice is beautiful to listen too and all our guests and the venue commented on how amazing the music was. Kay was also such a delight to work with beforehand. She was prompt, friendly and an absolute professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again and recommend to all our friends. Thank you so much Kay!"

"All your favourite anthems delivered with insane energy, unique style and a touch of humour. If you’re unsure about which band to book for your wedding - go see these guys live (they do occasional showcases evenings). You will be blown away. We’ve seen them at 5-6 subsequent weddings following on from performing at our own wedding. The moment you learn SouthWest Band are on, it’s like learning your favourite band are headlining tonight. Go check out their ever expanding repertoire & get to a showcase gig. They book up months in advance so book early to ensure your wedding ends on the highest of highs."

"We came across Gerry from web reviews on this site. Our vision was to find an accordonist who could accompany our pre-wedding groom arrival procession playing upbeat and beat tunes. Gerry was very enthusiastic and open to our requests and a pleasure to work with. The event and music was lovely so thankyou to Gerry and his trumpet player colleague who made the day very special. "Girls I don’t know where to start. After having your Abba Sisters show for my 50th birthday it was such a success I knew I wanted to stick with Abba again for my next big party but this time with a Mamma Mia Here We Go Again theme. The Mia Mammas were the perfect choice to keep us entertained and my goodness did you!!!! What an amazing show and fabulous costumes. Seeing all my friends and family fill the dancefloor within the first minute was just what I wanted and thank you for letting me have my starring moment complete with feather boa. Simply amazing. My only worry is how I top it next time! "
