"The Line Up played at our wedding in August 2021. During the booking process they were very professional, fast to reply, and answered all our questions. On the day they arrived on time and played a fantastic set, including our choice of first dance and lots of our requests. I would highly recommend them for a wedding or any other event."

"The Band was superb in guiding us through the preparation for its gig - our wedding reception no less - not least of all in its patience with our frequent delays in getting back with requested information! We asked for a "Dublin/ Temple Bar" feel to the gig and that is what we got in spades. We have no doubt that the Band would have presented other music styles equally as well. Our 80 plus guests loved the performance, as did the 10 or so staff at the reception venue. The manager of our local folk club booked the Band - taking its details that very same night - for a club performance at date to be arranged. The Band's fee for the evening was very competitive for the performance and the help we were given in its preparation. The Band arrived in good time, set up quickly and demobilised swiftly and tidily. Please feel free to contact us via the booking agent - who was also superb - if you might wish to verify this volunteered reference. "

"Debbie and Fernando have now performed for us twice! We married during covid so we had a smaller wedding day with close family and friends. We were so impressed with their performance that first time that we booked them immediately for our evening celebration which we have just had a year later. I can’t recommend them enough. Debbie has an amazing voice and is very professional. Everyone commented on how good they were and the dance floor was full from start to finish. Everything went very smoothly - initial booking, communication and preparation in the run up to the event and then the performance itself. If you have special song or two that they don’t already have in their large repertoire, Debbie and Fernando will learn them for you. Thank you so much Debbie and Fernando! xxx "

"Rating 5/6 : Very Enjoyable Absolute Mayhem The Horse & Chains, Bushey on Saturday 30 September 2023 It's a rare thing to go into a local pub and hear a keyboard player who has been described as a musical "genius" by none other than David Bowie. This is no tall story either. The musician Billy Ritchie was the first player in rock music to give keyboards a prominent role -- and that was before Keith Emerson (ELP) and Rick Wakeman came on the scene. Billy told me that he remained good friends with the Thin White Duke until his death in 2016. Lanark-born Mr Ritchie now provides the skilful and fancy keyboards and records backing tracks for his latest incarnation Mayhem with talented female singer Carol Leslie. Carol is a really strong vocalist with a gutsy style. This dynamic duo started their first set at the cosy Sebright Arms with Elvis's late sixties' classic Suspicious Minds. The second song was a surprise -- Kirsty MacColl's comedy number There's A Guy Works Down The Chip Shop Swears His Elvis. It was a perfect choice after the first song. Carol and Billy select their material wisely and give their audience something very different from the predictable Mustang Sally, Brown Eyed Girl and I Saw Her Standing There, churned out by so many pub bands. So it was great to hear Georgio Moroder and Phil Oakey's electro smash Together In Electric Dreams, Matchbox's catchy rocker Rockabilly Rebel, Starship's uplifting We Built This City (on which Billy demonstrated his keyboard dexterity) and Solomon Burke's gospel-ish Cry To Me. And that was just the first half. Carol is happy to tackle songs usually associated with male vocalists and she started part two with a raucous version of Bryan Adams' rocker Summer Of 69. If you have never seen Mayhem, ask Billy to perform Light My Fire, the Doors rock classic from 1967. This was a sheer musical masterclass as he re-created both vocally and instrumentally this great song. Billy has a rich, tuneful voice and this was a stunning performance. Other highlights in the second half included Journey's rock anthem Don't Stop Believing, Carol's gritty interpretation if Shania Twain's Man I Feel Like A Woman and a fine performance of Bon Jovi's Living On A Prayer A total of 24 songs and I cannot wait to see this duo again. My only concern is their name. I think many club and pubgoers might think Mayhem are a heavy metal band rather than an all-round, top class duo. "I wanted to thank you all for coming down and doing such a wonderful job, everyone said how great the band were so you were indeed a huge hit. Most importantly James really enjoyed the music and he loved having our first dance again (the old Romantic he is!) We'll definitely come to you again the next time we need some live music!"

"Tim and Tom were a delight to have at the Christmas Market! We have a lot of acts during that month but this duo really stood out. They played a wide selection of Christmas songs as well as known classics & singalongs for the crowd. We look forward to booking them again for future Christmas markets."
