"South West played at our wedding in October and were brilliant. Henry was amazing to deal with from the beginning and they really made our day. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending and am true to my word as my brother would like them to play at his wedding! Thank you so very much. I just wish I’d had a little less to drink :) The videos of me on stage are cringe! Hopefully see you all very soon. Wish we could do it all over again. Steve and Laura x."

"Laura played at our wedding for our ceremony and reception. We booked Laura for 3 hours expecting she would take a short break, she played all the way through for 3 hours. Communication was great, all the guests commented on how professional Laura was and everyone enjoyed her playlist. We only requested a few songs and left the rest to Laura. It was just perfect, would deffo recommend! Thanks Laura :) "

From the day we met you have been so inspiring to me and that is what gave me the strength to make the night perfect. The ambience that was in the air due to the music was amazing. "Taylor's vocals are unbelievable, whilst also looking effortlessly beautiful during her performance. Having Taylor sing completely changed the atmosphere of our ceremony and certainly made my husband and me, plus many family/friends tear up. We would hire Taylor to sing for us again in a heartbeat. To make things even easier, Taylor is fully self-sufficient with her PA system provision and setup, so that was one less thing to worry about! "

"Dear Helen, I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to the band for a fabulous performance at our 50th Birthday celebrations! We thought they were brilliant and we've had fantastic feedback from our guests who all really enjoyed their performance and raved about them and they kept the dance floor filled until the last minute. We didn't want music that was going to make us feel "old" and they had just the right mix of current, classic and a few oldies for the occasion. They were very professional and efficient and just arrived and got on with setting up so they were ready before everyone arrived. Jay was brilliant and stayed as late as he possibly could to keep the music going after the band had packed up. The guests were still begging for more as he left! They seemed a thoroughly pleasant bunch of guys who certainly made us feel they were enjoying the gig as much as we were. Thank you."

"Liz played with her guitarist for our drinks reception at Northorpe Hall. What a lovely atmosphere it set for everyone there. The songs were perfect and the sound in the barn was great. Liz really did go out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us and we would have happily paid more than we did looking back. We had seen the full band and wanted to book them for the evening reception but they we're not available, gutted! Reviews go a long way these days and Liz deserves nothing but a glowing one as I could not fault anything at all. Such nice people to have as a part of the day. Highly recommended thank you to The Marvellous Motown Souls!"

"I can highly recommend Danny McCabe. He played at my 50th party on Saturday and was amazing! Danny has an extensive repertoire to choose from and is an amazing musician/singer. His partner added an extra dimension with his cajon / tambourine / backing vocals. We danced all night and he really made my birthday a night to remember."

"Just got back from honeymoon and wanted to say a massive thank you to you & the rest of the band, you all did such an incredible job at our wedding bringing the party to life in the evening & I did not get off the dance floor all night!
