"We employed the services of the string quartet for our intimate Civil Wedding service on the 14th Sept at The George Hotel, Stamford, where they played for the service and after in the garden. Beforehand Kathryn corresponded brilliantly. Their presence and performance helped to make one very special day. Thank you so much."

"Nick and I had been talking about their set for some time, and they were without a doubt the best band we could possibly have picked for our day. Their five-man team, along with a sound engineer, were flawless, and they did not stop cranking out the tunes for a brilliant set. Nick also helped record and produce our walk-down-the-isle song [(Avicii - Levels (acoustic)], which turned out to be a nominal extra fee for how much it meant to my missus and I. 'The Leathernecks', it was an absolute pleasure."

"I saw Las Valentinas mariachi band perform recently at The British Museum and thought they were a fantastic addition for the 'Day of the Dead' exhibition. Their sets were very popular and it was great that they could wander around the museum playing in different rooms whilst performing. Would love to see them again!"

"We hired Love For Sale for a client reception for around 100 people. The band was professional, on time, and flexible to our musical needs. They were able to alter their sound levels as necessary, and were very open to our comments throughout the night. I would definitely recommend Love For Sale for your corporate event. "

"Thank you so much for playing at the wedding. It was just perfect for us and you sounded fantastic in that setting. Thank you for being so thorough and helpful throughout the whole booking experience. The song we chose for me to walk into, Etta James- At last, is one of my mum’s favourite songs and we didn’t tell her what we had chosen. "Hope you are prepared for my fun villagers attending my party on the 6th May. Everyone is so looking forward to it! I am enjoying my 70 birthday holiday in Barbados at the moment but will be home on Monday. It's like the lull before the storm! Head first into party planning next week. I will ring you Tuesday with final arrangements. Where will you stay or will you drive home on the night? We will discuss my favourites out of your repatoire, which is massive. I need to know what electrics you need and starting times etc. I have about 65 coming!! We have a Hog roast and puddings and marshmallows on the fire pit! It's all so exciting! Weather is looking dry at the moment, so hope it stays that way. Really looking forward to meeting you, love Janet Duddle."

"I hope that you are both well. Just thought I’d send a quick e mail about the Whittington Charity Ball last night which The Night We Met played at. They were amazing, the people loved them and I’ve had so much feedback over the course of the day just saying how much they enjoyed them, the set list, everything. Thanks Joel for letting me change the set timings too, that really helped. I’m just working out if I can physically put on another event for 2024 but if I can, I'd love it if you would consider playing for us again."
