"I was quite shocked at how many performers I emailed earlier refused to talk on the phone if the gig wasn't finalized yet! These two guys were a blessing from heaven! Really kind and helpful through the various stages of organization, reassuring me even when stressed and worried about the event. I can't thank you enough Volare DUO, and all the guests wanted their contact after the party. Really happy! Recommended if you are looking for HIGH LEVEL musicians, super friendly and accommodating;)"

"We recently had Radio Dukes play at our wedding and they were simply superb. I have worked with many, many bands at various events over the years andRadio Dukes rates amongst the top. Throughout the planning, I have been so impressed with the professionalism shown by the band leader, Mitch. He remained in regular communication through email and phone which made it easier to organise. On the day, we had the two-piece acoustic duo through the drinks reception and then the five-piece for the evening. The duo created a really nice ambiance for people to chat/drink. The five-piece was simply great fun and the dance floor was full all night. They even allowed my cousin to sing our first dance with them which was a really lovely touch and we are so grateful for this. Setup/Break-down was all done quickly and with no hassle/issues. I could go on with how great they were but if you're thinking of hiring this band then the answer is simple, just go and do it!"

"Hi Fiddlestix, Just wanted to thank you and your band very much for a most successful Macmillan Cancer Support Barn Dance event last night. Your band and your caller Geoff kept everyone fully involved all night long and it was a very enjoyable evening in the knowledge that essential money was raised to help people and their families affected by cancer. £1300 was raised last night after all expenses and we feel that was a decent amount. "The Mysteries are absolutely fantastic! Played a huge range of songs for both young and old! Was the highlight of the party - highly recommend for any event ! V talented and super professional- you won’t book a better band for your event ! They didn’t do covers they are musicians and they made each song uniquely their own - thankyou !"

"Latina Festivale put on a beautiful performance for us at The Northcote. They delivered a versatile set ranging from relaxing tunes to upbeat lively tunes. Keys, percussion & vocals, all spectacular. They did an amazing job of reading the crowd and creating the perfect energy for the pub. We have never had so many people dancing! I highly recommend Latina Festivale."

"Hello Jimmy I just wanted to say a huge T H A N K Y O U to you and the band for your performance at my birthday bash at the weekend, you were absolutely brilliant. You got the party started and kept everybody on their feet all night, fantastic set choice (I knew I’d made the right decision to let you choose the music) and you matched my preferences perfectly – I don’t recall any tracks that didn’t have me tapping my toes. I am especially touched by the memory of your rendition of a song played personally for me [the Palaye Royale track], which you and the band learnt specifically for my party – absolutely incredible. You should see the smile I have at this moment remembering it. There aren’t enough superlatives to properly express how grateful I am, a party needs people but people need good bouncy music to feel good and you provided the perfect soundtrack for a feel good night. The music soundtrack you selected between your sets and whilst setting up was perfect too, the party never missed a beat! You are all clearly talented musicians who know your instruments very well, as evidenced by learning the new track for me, and I would ask you to pass on my thanks to Mickey and Neil (just simply brilliant) and the irrepressible Stuart banging away on his D-Drum Dios Bubinga snare drum – he was a joy to meet! "Gold Band were absolutely amazing. Perfect song choices , great sound , incredibly tight as a band and extremely professional musicians individually. Aside from that, the band were really friendly and a pleasure to deal with on the night and in the run up to the event. Highly recommended and would 100% book them again."

" Me and a friend booked Manouche North for a 1920s themed party at a local venue, and we were very happy with the two sets they played. The group perform well together, and their upbeat sound certainly got people up and dancing. The band's set list worked brilliantly for the 20s theme, and they dressed the part too! I wouldn't hesitate to book them again. Hope that is ok, All the best Ebony -- "

"I cannot recommend Girl Got Soul highly enough. We weren't sure if having a wedding band would be a sensible use of our budget, but we're so glad we hired Girl Got Soul. They went down a storm. The singing is beautiful, they got our guests dancing, and they were great fun to watch. We had one set of Jazz (All That Jazz) and one party set, and both were great. Communication was excellent, the band worked with me on the setlist and were very nice in reassuring me that my requests weren't bridezilla-ish. :)"

"The band were phenomenal. From our first meeting to discuss the wedding, the guys were really personable and professional and really took an interest in learning what we wanted to help make our day as special as possible. On the wedding day, they did all the setup without a hitch and the performance totally blew me away. The energy they put into the performance was immense and they had everyone in attendance dancing for hours. Most amazing, though, was the way they interacted with the guests - walking through, encouraging engagement and even letting me, the groom, have a solo performance which was an impromptu requests. Really, I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience and only wish we could do it all again!"

" Somerset Soul and Rebecca performed at our wedding in December 2021 and they were absolutely fantastic. Rebecca is a great singer and the band are superb musicians - there were great guitar solos. At the end of the evening and following the wedding, so many of our guests told us that they thought they were a great wedding band, and the dancefloor was full for the whole evening. They responded and reacted to the crowd expertly. The set list was a great selection of genres and decades, enjoyed by 3 generations. Rhona, their manager, was great to deal with before the wedding - she asked us questions, she shared an example set list, and she arranged for the first dance to be played."
