"We hired the Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio for my 50th birthday and absolutely loved it. Everyone joined in with the dancing and all the dances were explained really well so it was easy to involve everyone – even the children! It was during the immense heatwave that we had in May but this didn’t stop us or the band from having a lot of fun! Thank you so much for an amazing day. We would definitely hire them again."

"This band is truly amazing - all fantastic musicians! They were playing at a wedding I went to and their music created the most fabulous atmosphere, they had absolutely everyone on the dance floor, from toddlers to Grannys! Not only are they brilliant musicians, they are also a lovely bunch of people who would be a joy to have around at any function. If you are wondering who to get to play at your event - I would recommend The Grooveline without hesitation. Thanks Guys for rolling back time!!"

"We had The Marvellous Motown Souls at The New Packhorse in Westgate,Bradford on Saturday 9th March,I also booked the band in December,they went down really,really well,in fact i actually booked the night of work myself to come and see these guys for the first time....Firstly it was really nice to meet them face to face,absolutley lovely people,Secondly ,brilliant at getting the crowd involved,Lizy is so energetic and professional,and the rest of the band just gel so well together,Thanks for another great night.......Highly recommended...Thankyou."

"Nicola sung at the drinks reception at our wedding on 02/11/24, she was absolutely amazing and all our guests have complimented her. She really got the crowd going with singing and dancing. I would highly recommend her! Such a genuine lovely soul with an amazing voice 🥰"

"It was our first visit to the Harry Paye celebrations in Poole & we found you guys (Murphy's Lore Trio) by sheer luck! We were there to join in with the Pirates shenanigans on Saturday, but wanted to enjoy any Friday night rampaging that might be going on first! "Blue Jewel were fantastic fun and got everyone on their feet dancing. A friendly band who were a pleasure to have join us- we had to move the furniture out the way as so many people were dancing! Thank you so much for a fantastic time, would highly recommend! "

"Fantastic 5 piece band covering music from the 60’s to today. Very professional in their communication throughout. We were a little light on numbers for the evening but everybody enjoyed themselves and the band remained focused giving it their all through the show. I would have no hesitation in booking again. Thank you for a great night. "

"Kate was wonderful. Very helpful in guidance on selecting pieces of music. She had a wide range in her repertoire and supplemented this with 3 new tracks that we particularly wanted. The music from the harp filled the Great Hall and was a perfect fit for the setting. Many guests complimented Kate personally on the music. Absolutely fabulous. We would definitely recommend Kate to others."

"THE BLACK JACKS... Finding a wedding band is tough- you search on google, watch a couple of videos of a number of different bands, and have to settle for one not really knowing whether they’re any good live. Having done this, we were hopeful that The Black Jacks would be alright. They were BRILLIANT. From our first dance (The Kinks, You Really Got Me- which they do excellently!) to the last dance of the night, the dance floor was packed. They even smashed the DJ-ing of the iTunes music in the break between sets, playing great music that complimented the live songs. Every person that we have spoken to after the day has mentioned how great the music was. On top of all this, they are the nicest people- totally relaxed when our timings went out of the window, great to chat to at the end of the evening, and they even offered my mum a lift back to her hotel when we were let down by a cab! Thank you for a great evening guys. I cannot recommend them enough. Book this band!"
