"When we were looking for the band for our wedding, we wanted a band that had a wide variety of songs from different eras in their repertoire with the ability to perform big powerful ballads and that is exactly what we go with W!RED. As soon as we heard Sue’s incredible voice. We knew they were the band for us and booked them. As soon as we got a couple of months of the wedding I dropped Sue a message. She called me back and was really helpful and reassuring and put me in touch with another member of the band Martin. We arranged a call to go over the details. Martin was friendly and welcoming straight away. Never having booked a band before we didn’t know how much or how little we’d need to be involved, but Martin simply went through a few details with us and then handled the rest. Prior to our wedding Martin took the trouble to edit a pre-recorded dedication. Together with our choice of first dance songs, so that it all went smoothly on the night. He also sent over their set list so we could make some requests. On the night, the band set-up quickly and without fuss and had a playlist on as early as they could to get our guests warmed up. Martin had a quick chat with me about timings for the evening for our cake cutting and first dance, then as soon as that was complete they went straight into their sets and had everyone up on the dance floor for the rest of the night, even finishing with a couple of encores. They were then good enough to leave a playlist running whilst they packed away. Meaning that we had music right up to the end of the evening. Everybody in the band was friendly and helpful. Particularly Martin. That’s not to mention that they are also frankly brilliant at what they do. Sues’s voice is incredible and recordings we heard before as good as they are don’t do it justice. Many guest commented on how much they enjoyed the performance. They even got the seal of approval from a few people I know who are musically hard to please. A brilliant night, enhanced by W!RED. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone "

"Despite a few issues, out of our control per say, the Bilberries were amazing artists. Have already got them booked back in for a few more events. Easy to book with and easy to communicate throughout. Song choices were awesome and our guests and team enjoyed listening to them"

"Nicola and Laura played for my wedding (both cellists), at the ceremony, reception and wedding breakfast. String Musicians have made it so easy and stress free for myself, during the planning and also on the wedding day. Once I told them what I wanted for the music (from the style of music to specific pieces), I did not need to worry about anything else. They worked with the registrar from the council to coordinate cues during the ceremony, so the transition between music pieces was seamless. Many guests commented how well they played throughout the day! Thank you!"

"The booking procedure was very straightforward and efficient. I spoke to Sarah-Jane who answered all my questions in a comprehensive and very friendly manner. Jean was a superstar!! She was highly professional and personable. She was very punctual and was playing as the first guests arrived. The range of music was just right to cater for all tastes and ages. She was smiling and bubbly throughout and was more than happy to play requests for my father!"

"I attended a wedding and this band were fantastic! Read the room and worked out exactly what would go down well.. the dancefloor was never empty! They created a great atmosphere and became the life and soul of the party! Couldn't recommend them enough!! "
