"After hearing numerous recommendations we asked Kitty Galactic to play at our wedding party. We were not disappointed and could not recommend this band highly enough. Not only was the music fantastic and got everyone up dancing but they were very professional and helpful both via email beforehand and on the night with the coordination of cake cutting, first dance etc. They were wonderful, great energy, friendly and a brilliant repertoire of music that had everybody cheering for more until the very end! Even after the party we had plenty of people commenting that they were the best band they had heard at a wedding, so thank you to Kitty Galactic for making it such a great night! "

"We used Ebor String Quartet for the first time this year for our annual student awards ceremony and wow, they made such an impact! They really brought such an amazing atmosphere to our event and our guests were so impressed. As well as being talented musicians, they are also really lovely people to work with. Their communication throughout was second to none and we would thoroughly recommend. Thank you!"

"We are getting compliments from all our guests about the wedding as a whole, which we thought was the best ever. That view has kindly also been expressed but many of our guests and they have also particularly mentioned us. We had a few people from the music business within our guest groups and they were also genuinely impressed with your performance. "Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio / 08/04/2023 / Ceilidh for Eastercon 2023 (Sci Fi enthusiast's convention) We had a fun-filled, joyous ceilidh, thanks to the amazing, talented Black Velvet Band.The band members are great fun. Alan had us laughing so much with his warmth and humour when calling the dances. The booking process was straightforward and professional. When I talked on the phone to Mike in advance, I was assured that these guys knew their stuff. When I requested non-gendered calling, that was no problem. The band are very versatile - they added a little Star Trek and Dr Who music, seamlessly, into the ceilidh tunes, to give us an extra-special thrill! "I have seen this band perform many times over the years and find them consistantly very good. A good mixture of folk, Irish, humour and generally fun. They've always had the ability to make you want to get up and dance!"

"We chose Revolve for our Wedding Reception - And we couldn't have chosen any better. Thoroughly entertaining all evening. A brilliant mix of songs catering for many tastes. They even learnt a new song that I had previously requested and nailed it perfectly"

"We booked The Shakesters for our Sports Club Annual Dinner & Dance, what a fantastic band and bunch of guys they are. The dancefloor was packed from start to finish and those not dancing were sat at the tables singing along to the hits that everyone knows. We had some great compliments about the band and people asking when we can book them again. One member even said "I’ve not seen a band this good since Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick & Tich”! Now that’s got to be a compliment! Thank you for giving us such a great night guys, we’ll be making future bookings for 2017."
