"The lads at SWB absolutely smashed our wedding entertainment. All our guests commented how good the band and DJ sets were. Henry and the team were involved with us throughout and catered to our tastes, they even played a song live by our first dance artist that they hadn’t played before. Can’t give enough praise, cheers!"

"When we were looking for the band for our wedding, we wanted a band that had a wide variety of songs from different eras in their repertoire with the ability to perform big powerful ballads and that is exactly what we go with W!RED. As soon as we heard Sue’s incredible voice. We knew they were the band for us and booked them. As soon as we got a couple of months of the wedding I dropped Sue a message. She called me back and was really helpful and reassuring and put me in touch with another member of the band Martin. We arranged a call to go over the details. Martin was friendly and welcoming straight away. Never having booked a band before we didn’t know how much or how little we’d need to be involved, but Martin simply went through a few details with us and then handled the rest. Prior to our wedding Martin took the trouble to edit a pre-recorded dedication. Together with our choice of first dance songs, so that it all went smoothly on the night. He also sent over their set list so we could make some requests. On the night, the band set-up quickly and without fuss and had a playlist on as early as they could to get our guests warmed up. Martin had a quick chat with me about timings for the evening for our cake cutting and first dance, then as soon as that was complete they went straight into their sets and had everyone up on the dance floor for the rest of the night, even finishing with a couple of encores. They were then good enough to leave a playlist running whilst they packed away. Meaning that we had music right up to the end of the evening. Everybody in the band was friendly and helpful. Particularly Martin. That’s not to mention that they are also frankly brilliant at what they do. Sues’s voice is incredible and recordings we heard before as good as they are don’t do it justice. Many guest commented on how much they enjoyed the performance. They even got the seal of approval from a few people I know who are musically hard to please. A brilliant night, enhanced by W!RED. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone "

"For me the Trembling Wilburys were superb as were The Fab 5, who closed the event, but all the bands who were there deserve a lot of credit for their performances and each and every one played their part in a superb day. By the time the curtain came down it was 10.40 in the evening and we had seen some wonderful bands and had a great day."

"South West Band played the most amazing set for our wedding evening at The Tithe Barn, Bolton Abbey in December 2023. From the initial chat with Henry over the phone, where he provided lots of details and tips for the wedding day, to Lauren, who was great in the run-up to the big day and helped us with any queries. Requesting Coldplay for our first dance was no problem for them and they played a worldie in The Pogues to close out their set with some Christmas spirit. The addition of the DJ set to extend the entertainment was well worth it. The lads on the night were great fun and up for a laugh. Despite never meeting them previously, they felt like our friends. Thank you again South West Band!"

"Everything was perfect, the band was absolutely wonderful and the bandleader Irvin is a charming, lovely guy. They added a real Caribbean feel to our drinks reception with their lovely, gentle background music. Thanks!"

"We had a fabulous evening being entertained by Gypsy Cabaret Collective, a group which my gorgeous cousin is part of. Fraser showed his comedic side and Piper showed a bit of love for the poi. Piper also loved taking part in the proceedings. The boys listened to their CD all the way home and even asked for it to be turned up and asked when can we see them again."

"It was really easy to book East Yorkshire Harpist for our wedding and we always got a quick response to emails or messages. She plays the harp beautifully and it really made the wedding ceremony extra special. Wish we could have been at the drinks reception to hear her more, all the guests enjoyed it and commented on how good she was. Highly recommended "

"We hired the 80s band to play at our wedding this summer and I can honestly say that I could not have wished for better music, our guests have been raving about them ever since and they truly made our wedding the fun event we wanted it to be. The band really set the tone for the evening and got everyone of all ages dancing and they did not play one song that wasn’t an absolute classic wonderfully performed. Guests were begging them to carry on when they finished and the atmosphere they created was just amazing, the recreation of eighties hits in their own style is completely unique. There were other musicians present at our wedding and they too could not praise the performance highly enough. I honestly could not recommend them more, they were exactly what we wanted and they made our day."

"Absolutely brilliant band, the clips on this site do not do them justice. I booked them for my 50th Birthday party and they made the night. Everyone was up and dancing for the whole evening, including all the "too cool" teenagers they really know how to get the atmosphere going. I had so many people saying how good they ere and asking me how I had found them, about a dozen people must have asked for their card. Fantastic voices and great personalities and really professional and good to deal with. Lovely pair of guys. "
