"The Cheers were absolutely fantastic at our wedding this summer and I can highly recommend them! They were exceptional on the day, the dance floor was always full and they knew how to work the crowd perfectly. In the months leading up to the event, all communication was professional, and nothing was too much trouble. We particularly loved that they learned our first dance song, and even customised it to a different tempo for us! Thank you so much to the whole band, we had many compliments from our guests and you really made our wedding reception the success it was!"

"I would appreciate it if you could pass sincere thanks to the choir on behalf of my mother and myself. Their music was beautiful and provided a fitting and solemn tribute to my father. I know he would have loved the music, in particular Heilig by Schubert. He really loved German choral music, and although I will never know if he had heard this particular piece, I know he would have enjoyed it. We had many comments from people who attended, saying how impressed they were with the choir, (including Father Francis) and the music really was very well received by all."

"We had a wonderful experience with the quartet. They were very responsive to all of our messages and had such a large choice of music for us to select from. They were really helpful with suggestions as to what music would suit different parts of our wedding. On the day they were fantastic and seemed to do everything without needing to ask us any questions which was nice given how busy we were on the day. The music itself was beautiful. We had lots of comments from people about how good it was, and it really set the tone for the wedding."

"Well, it's taken a while to come down from the high of the Village Harvest Party. Even now, a month after the great gig you played for us, I'm still being asked how I knew about you and where you were from. I'd had in mind for years, to have you play for my 60th in the Village square. The set was every bit as good as when first I saw you play Fulford many years back. We've been supporting bands since the mid 90's, but I have to say, no act has been better! Now evey one is asking if you'll be back to do it again! A massive heartfelt thank to you all."

"The most amazing band we could have ever wished to play at our wedding! Their set list and variety was amazing and as well as being so talented they were so easy to work with. Everyone was on the dance floor from start to finish we couldn’t recommend them enough! Would 100% book again!"

"Kitty Galactic played for our first ever social event for postgraduate researchers (PhD students) at the University of Exeter. A group of people that barely knew each other, and by the end were standing in a circle holding hands and singing along with the band! Kitty Galactic were amazing, provided a great music and created an amazing atmosphere. They made the event! "

One particular fan is obsessed with the way you mixed some Muse in with some ceilidh expertly..! "Hi Tad Thank you all so much for playing at our wedding reception. The music was fantastic (great to listen to outside as well as for those dancing). You were great at encouraging everyone to join in. We had a lot of reluctant dancers in the room who leapt in and had a great time, including both of our Dads and two teenage boys! Everyone felt that the moves were explained in a really accessible way for the many beginners! It was such a wonderful way to start married life. We'll definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a ceilidh band. Many thanks Elliot and Sarah"

Thank you so much for arranging this... the music was beautiful, and apart from a rain shower or two the BBQ went brilliantly well as we celebrated our 150th. Very grateful. "I booked the locals for my sister in laws 30th birthday party. Paul was great with communication via email and planning for the event- always prompt in his responses and they delivered exactly what we were hoping for. The songs were brilliant, they created a great atmosphere and we had comments from guests about how good they were and how much they had enjoyed having a live band. Thanks very much guys- would definitely recommend!!"

"This quartet played at my wedding in August, after originally being booked for August 2020! They accomodated to 3 different wedding dates for us in the end, due to 2 postponements! Yhe communication throughout an insanely stressful 2 years was amazing, Kim even waivered the admin fee of changing the date twice due to money issues from loss of earnings during Covid. I had a particular piece of music I wanted to walk down the aisle to from Game Of Thrones, but it had never been arranged for a string quartet. This was not an issue for the amazing team, who spent months listening to the original and making me my own bespoke piece of music by recreating it. They played before my ceremony whilst guests were arriving, during the drinks reception whilst my husband and I went away for private photos and then even stayed a little longer. My guests absolutely adored them, they played loads of music from films and TV shows and even the children were recognising certain songs! They also played a bit of Def Leppard and took requests from very keen guests. They made the atmosphere and were so lovely to be around. 6 months later, I will still see people that attended and they'll say "oh my gosh, your string quartet was amazing!" Well worth the money and the wait. Added something spectacular to our beautiful day that we will never forget. Thank you "

"This is just the band I wanted! Two acoustic guitars playing all the old hits that I love. Everyone loved them and I will book them again. Genuinely nice people to deal with offering a very personal performance. Thank you so much guys."
