"Professional throughout they were popular with all our guests and got many people up onto the dance-floor. They sounded amazing and fitted really well into our evening reception. They were also willing to make announcements so that everyone could come and watch our last dance before we headed off on honeymoon. We would happily recommend them to anyone who wants a fun and upbeat band to entertain at their party and provide great music to dance to."

"The band were an absolute delight, just the right mix of professional musicians and informal enough to mix in with people and jolly them along. They were completely marvellous and everyone had a great time, even though some people had never done ceilidh dancing before and were a little shy."

"Element were a dream to work with for my father's surprise 60th. I chose them because of the repertoire and yet when I requested a song that was not on the song list they were quick to put it together just for our event. On the night, they slipped in amidst the chaos of 120 people, they prepared and were ready to play. The schedule had to be changed a few times on the night and they were flexible and professional throughout...and then they played. It was beautiful. One of my Uncles stood up involuntarily during Nessun Dorma to look closer and my father repeatedly leant over the dinner table to remark on how wonderfully they played. I could not recommend the Element string Quartet highly enough, but I will certainly try! 6th December 2017"

"Swing Mode Vintage absolutely made our day: they were absolutely the perfect evening entertainment for our wedding! The music was really really cool, they had people up and dancing and just really brought a great atmosphere with them. It was fantastic. The band were all really kind and well organised; there was zero stress & zero faff. They got everything set up in good time including background music between the two sets. They took a special request for our first dance and it was really really wonderful. Overall we were just thrilled with the music: it was really really cool stuff - modern and funky, but most important just great fun!"

"I run a small craft beer festival south of London and I've booked these girls for three years running. The festival attendees always say great things about the music while they are playing and they are very professional. They bring the party atmosphere I require for my event, I highly recommend them. "We were after a great live band for our wedding, and boy did these guys deliver! We received many comments afterwards on how fantastic the music was with some saying it was the best music they'd heard at a wedding (and we'd agree!). Their sound is very polished from the guitar playing (incredible solos), to the vocals, drumming and harmonies. They have a comprehensive and large setlist (available on their website) playing everything through from rock classics, indie gems and modern pop, from 60s to present day. Matt is very responsive to the audience's mood and requests, so the dance floor was packed all night. Really easy communication with Matt beforehand, we made a few particular requests which were incorporated but left the bulk of the song selection to them as we were confident in their setlist, and also made requests for the DJ setlist. They can be booked as either a 3 piece or 4 piece, we went for the latter. Matt was really helpful on the general sound set up throughout the day, and was flexible to timing changes. Lighting was also impressive. Thanks to the Rockpins for making our day so memorable!"

"Can’t recommend these guys enough; super professional set up and sound- had loads of compliments from our guests about them and really nice guys too. If you’re looking for a band that’s super polished- a little bit different than your average 4 piece then book these guys you definitely won’t be disappointed ????"

"The True Colours played at our wedding in August and were absolutely perfect. Musically, you won't find a more talented bunch and they were able to accommodate to our eclectic song requests! There was also an acoustic for the ceremony which truly blew everyone away and set a magical atmosphere so we would certainly recommend the acoustic set also. All in all, they exceeded every expectation we ever had and were amazing!!! Thank you so much for making our day magical and fun filled!! Absolutely smashed it! Best wedding band ever! "

"Shama and her band were exceptional in making my husband’s 50th birthday party an evening to remember. I admire them for their punctuality and professionalism. The music was excellent Bollywood and Hollywood. All my family and friends thoroughly enjoyed it, they still talk about the evening. It was a wonderful feeling to see everybody dancing and singing with the team. I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone and to hire them for any other future events. "I hired The Romantics to play at my wedding last year - They were amazing and got everyone (which was a fairly international crowd) on the dancefloor in no time! We picked our songs and they came up with the rest. They were also really friendly and smiley with all of our guests - I highly recommend these guys. "
