Review Centre: Bands & Ensembles

"Thank you so much for performing for us at the Company's Platinum Celebration Dinner and Dance at the Institute of Engineers London HQ, One Great George Street and for agreeing to travel so far to do so. This year we were asked by our CEO to make it a particularly special event as Croudace is celebrating its 70th anniversary; we have been building houses since the company was set up in 1946 at the end of WWII. All 260 guests had a fabulous evening, enjoying a Champagne flight on the London Eye, the wonderful dinner and dancing into the early hours, but you were the brightest highlight by far and made the evening a most memorable occasion for us all. So many people have commented this week how much they had enjoyed themselves and your performance in particular generated a great many complimentary remarks. One table particularly enjoyed singing along with Que Sera Sera and we were all knocked out by the beauty, power and range of your voice, especially in Nessun Dorma, which had us all cheering and wanting to hear more. You were the perfect cherry on top of a wonderful cake. You are an extremely talented and accomplished singer, Gemma and I'm sure you have great future ahead of you. I wish you all the luck in the world in reaching your goal and hope that you find happiness along every step of the way. You deserve to be successful and you have all the necessary ingredients to be successful; a passionate love of music, a desire to please, a charismatic personality, you are a beautiful and elegant young lady and you have the most superb voice, a voice that deserves to be heard. Thank you for being so flexible and easy to work with, you are an organiser's dream and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone. I hope I have the pleasure of being able to work with you again, or better still, seeing you perform as the main attraction on a well known stage. With kindest regards, Heather"

"Revival played at my cousin's wedding last night. Wow, what a wonderful night. They played a mix of music that all ages were dancing to. They had fantastic feedback and my mother and father in law are still talking about them this morning! I can highly recommend them if you want a band who play to a high standard and who are genuinely lovely people! I will certainly be recommending them. Thanks again Tom and the band. "

" Massive congratulations to my son Charlie Wyatt-Butler and my daughter-in-law Skye Wyatt-Butler it was the most amazing day and night - after all the hard work, I think we pulled it off well in the end. "We came across Hetty and the Jazzato band while looking for a band for our Anglo-Italian wedding and I am so happy we found them! These guys were simply phenomenal, the performance was great and all the guests still compliment them to this day. From the first exchange of email Hetty was extremely helpful and accommodating, she gave us plenty of her time and went above and beyond to help me through organising everything - from picking a nice set list to helping us hire the best pa system. I have no words to thank these guys enough, as without them the wedding would have not been the same. Lovely people, but mostly absolutely amazing artists. 11/10"

"Clint was absolutely fantastic, such a talented musician that really made the evening!! Really nice guy who’s live performances are even better than his recorded songs here online, which is unusual these days! "Adam came and entertained my family and friends a few ago.. although a good percentage of the audience did not have a great knowledge of modern country music EVERYONE really enjoyed his music.. I would highly recommend Adam for any event.. you won’t be disappointed! We have booked him again for next year ?"

"The RockPins played at our wedding recently, they were absolutely brilliant & we would highly recommend them. They were very engaging with the crowd & got everyone up dancing. Music was varied & our requests were also included to make the evening very personal to our music tastes. They even let the groom sing a song with them! There were no issues regarding setting up of equipment- highly professional & good sound quality. We would definitely use them again for another function."

"The band were very genial and friendly, totally professional and well organised. There were no hiccups, they arrived and straight away started setting up with no fuss. Brass bands are such a good way to enjoy outdoor spaces easily, no need for cables and power etc. so this was perfect for us. The crowd loved it! Their music isn’t exactly traditional brass band tunes, which I was nervous would not be a crowd pleaser. However, their song choices were brilliant, and familiar enough that there was lots of humming, singing along, and dancing. Several of the children danced for the whole two hours, they absolutely loved it! The families were so happy. It was really a brilliant occasion. Exactly what we needed for our business after these lock downs. "
