"I was looking for a singer for a remembrance lunch at at a golf club, themed around 40’s and vintage music. I came across Ruby and instantly knew from her friendly manner and keenness to accommodate my requirements she was the perfect fit. Ruby didn’t disappoint, from her costumes to her big personality she had everyone singing, dancing and waving flags. I have since hired Ruby for other events such as The Jubilee and Mother’s day lunch. She is 100% reliable and will go out of her way to make your event a success. I highly recommend her."

"We hired the band for our business birthday party which we turned into a mini festival. The band turned up early and were perfect gentlemen even though we were running behind schedule. When the band finally managed to do their thing we were blown away and everyone was up and boogying away! We will be definitely hiring them for next years party! "

"We can not thank Straight Up enough, if you are looking for a wedding band do not look any further! Not only was it a fantastic performance but they came and set up with no hassle, communication was easy and everyone commented on how amazing they were. They interacted with the crowd and made us feel special throughout the whole night, first dance song was incredible and we truly felt that they cared! Dying to see them again, blown away! "

"These guys were the highlight of my wedding and everyone of my guests will agree! We spent so long looking for a band and when we came across these guys we were so relieved! They have an awesome set list which is the main reason we picked them, then once booked then they were in contact with us loads by email, accepted all our requests and were all just lovely people. I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much guys!"

"Our first time of contact with An Evening of Take That was over the phone and we found them to be very friendly and extremely professional. We booked them to play at our wedding reception and they made our night, they were absolutely fantastic and all of our guests commented on how good they were. We would definitely recommend the guys for any type of function and we would certainly book again. "

"Not sure what the procedure is for another muso to comment on someone else on this site however, I do know a thing or two about musicians and in particular Guitarists. This Guy knows his stuff, quite a faultless rendition of Recuerdos de la Alhambra (Memories of the Alhambra) I have heard many play this piece including the great Late Segovia, Andrew is right up there with feeling and presentation, well done."

"Booking The Jazz Prescription was easily one of the best decisions we had made for our wedding. 'Outstanding' doesn't quite cut it when describing the communication ahead of the big day, the service, the standard, and the guys themselves. We were absolutely blown away by them. Jeremy is one of the nicest guys you'll meet - no request is too great either. We were looking for a specific song for our first dance and it wasn't a problem, Jeremy and the guys learnt the piece just for us! As one of us is a musician, music was incredibly significant. We knew that a wedding band was integral to the evening entertainment, and quality was incredibly important. These guys are professional and a seriously tight band. They played with energy and passion and that just made the evening even better. We had about 140 guests in total and there wasn't a soul sitting down - our guests still talk about them. Jeremy asked our guests to join us halfway through our first dance and everyone flocked to the dancefloor to enjoy swaying to the beautiful music. Nobody wanted their set to end and they played encore after encore because everyone kept asking - we wanted them to play all night until the early hours! We would recommend The Jazz Prescription to any family member and friend. To be quite honest, I think our guests would recommend the band to their friends from that very night! One of the band members was actually on tour during our wedding and took the night off to specifically play for our event, that is the level of commitment and dedication! Jeremy knows the best and will do the utmost to ensure that they deliver the best. This is the perfect band for your wedding if you're looking to please all ages with all tastes. What a night, what a band. We'll never forget - and if we organise another big personal event, they will always be our first choice. With much love to Jeremy and the band, Mr & Mrs B. X"

"Vinyl Revival were absolutely the perfect soundtrack to our wedding reception drinks, in fact one of our highlights of the day is when having our formal photos with both our families we all burst into song and sang along to Clare & Ollie covering Fleetwood Mac! So many of our (quite musical) guests commented on what incredible musicians they are. I’ve recommended Vinyl Revival to so many people, and honestly can’t rate and thank them highly enough!"
