"Alex was absolutely perfect in every way; couldn't have wished for anything better. Just seemed to know what to do and when to do it and made no demands at all on me; just got quietly on with what he had been paid to do. Being unfamiliar with this situation I wondered how many drinks he might require; the answer..... asking me where he could get a coffee before he started. Thank you and very well done Alex."

"I just wanted to say how marvellous the CG string quartet were, it was so lovely to hear strings playing in the church and they sounded so beautiful. I did thank them before we left the church but I just wanted you to know how pleased we were. Thank you very much for being so organised and efficient. "The Yorkshire Oompha Band performed at Llangollen Railways first ever Oktoberfest in September of 2017. The band were fantastic they put on a fabulous show and everyone was totally engrossed in the games and music. "James is one of the best pianists you can book for your event. Polite, punctual and professional, with a great repertoire of both modern and standard songs which he can tailor to suit your event. His style suits receptions, dinners and aftershow performance. Personable and always great to deal with prior to the event, he is a valued addition to any entertainment programme."

"The band played for my 50th and made us all feel part of a truly fantastic musical experience. They are brilliant! The lead singer worked so well with the audience and even let a family member get up and sing! We felt they were part of our party and brought heart and soul to the table. They had a underground dance feel and we couldn’t believe we actually had some of our favourite songs played by the original artists. They were so understated and nice - it was only after they finished that we found out who they were. (-:"

George perfectly captured the atmosphere of Central Park tram stop in his commission as part the Tram Tracks song writing project. We can't wait for his solo performance as part of the new Rush Hour Social series at The Bridgewater Hall."
