Review Centre: Background Music Bands

"My wife and I got married at the beginning of August and Fresh Duo played at the ceremony and pre breakfast drinks. All I can say is that they played amazingly made the entrance of the Bride more spectacular than we could have ever imagined. They then made the drinks reception very chilled and formal at the same time. I think without their musical accompaniments it would have not been the same special day. Very friendly couple. "We couldn't have asked for a better wedding band. They were recommended to us a month before the big day, when our original band cancelled. From the very beginning Anna was communicative, warm and professional, taking into account our ideas and putting us both at ease. Their repertoire is great; there was something for everyone and all of our guests commented on how wonderful the music was! They are a very talented group of musicians, even tailoring the tempo of the first dance song part way through to match our awkward dancing! They were flexible with timings and kept checking in on the night to make sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks to the band, it was an unforgettable wedding and we can't thank them enough. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and talented band. Thank you so much!"

"A fantastically talented and professional duo who seem to enjoy an encyclopaedic knowledge of music from Central and Eastern Europe. Although they are only two musicians they produce the sound of a small orchestra. Igor possesses a very fine voice and his renditions of Moscow Nights, Ochi Chornie and Those Were the Days (among a huge list of songs) are second to none. Sarah is a brilliant violinist and domra player. They enhanced our evening and made it quite unforgettable. "

"I hired The Romantics to play at my wedding last year - They were amazing and got everyone (which was a fairly international crowd) on the dancefloor in no time! We picked our songs and they came up with the rest. They were also really friendly and smiley with all of our guests - I highly recommend these guys. "
