"Guys, Just wanted to thank you again for putting on a couple of fabulous sets last night at the Orchard Suite. What a fabulous band you are and you got everyone up dancing which is no mean feat for some of our friends and family. The set list you put together was perfect for the occasion. I was told so many times by guests what a great band we had managed to book and I think everyone there had a great night which made the evening very special for us. "We were so grateful to Fruin for their warmth, energy, and impressive musicality at our recent wedding! They stepped in at the very last minute, and we are so glad they did. What an absolute joy! We had lots of guests unfamiliar with Ceilidh dancing, but their Ceilidh Calling was so patient and clear; they ensured even the most uninitiated could have a great time. We really appreciated their efforts to keep the floor full of dancing! "

"If you want a band that gets everyone up and dancing, book The Haystacks Band. My birthday party was a HUGE success and it was all down to these guys. Many guests commented on how great the band were. They added a couple of personal little touches too and we all did a led line dance. Absolutely fantastic, memories that will last a lifetime. "

"We hired the Marvellous Souls for our wedding evening. One of our biggest concerns when wedding planning was that no one would be dancing on the dance floor. We couldn’t have been more wrong. The dance floor was full all night thanks to the amazing talent and engagement from the band. Each member is incredible at what they do and they are such genuine lovely people. We went with the 6 piece band and it was a perfect dynamic, the band played so well together. We also hired the DJ who created a great atmosphere before the band and kept everyone dancing after the band finished. The wedding venue even said it’s the best band they have ever had at the venue! The communication prior to the wedding was first class and we were immediately put at ease and felt well taken care of. They were very organised, professional and everything went very smoothly, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Would 100% recommend booking The Marvellous souls if you are looking for talented musicians, a good time and professionalism! Thank you for making our wedding day so memorable and fun! "

"We booked the guys to play their part in our party themed on New York in the late 50s ( like West Side Story). The perfect choice as it turned out. They even worked a couple of new songs into their set. Would see them again when playing one of their more regular gigs in town. Highly recommended!"

"Just to say thank you very, very much for such a great performance on Saturday night! The band was brilliant and made the evening – everyone raved (and is still raving!) about the music. It really couldn’t have been better and the fact that just about everyone was on the dance floor at one point says it all! Don’t think my 40th could have been more memorable – I had a blast!"
