"Kelly and Griffin played at my mum’s 40th and just wow! We surprised my mum with Kelly’s beautiful singing voice and it made her birthday. They played a range of songs which everyone could sing/ dance along too and also had lovely personalities off the stage! Thank you guys and can’t wait for the next time "

"We attended an Abba night at our local club and have to say it was a fantastic night. People were up dancing from start to finish and chanting for an encore. Highly recommended. Lovely people to talk to and made time at the end to speak to everyone and have photos."

"Just brilliant! We had House of Chords playing at our wedding in September. Even though we were little late organising the whole thing, they were ever so accommodating and positive from the first touch until the wedding night. They played an amazing set – couldn’t stop dancing all night!"

"I would just like to thank you all for playing at Louisa and Martin's wedding reception last Friday. The music was great and everyone thoroughly enjoyed dancing. I felt you had the right balance of ceilidh and disco music. Like all good events it all passed too quickly! We will certainly be recommending you too anyone looking for a ceilidh band in the future. Extra thanks to the fiddle player (Aaron?) for being at two places in the one day!!"

"The Shooglers delivered a fun and lively ceilidh and dealt with some organisational glitches on our side very professionally and without complaint. Our timings had drifted badly and the disco we had booked took all the space we had reserved for The Shooglers. The band was very professional, and flexible and set up at the other end of the marquee and delivered a very professional, fun ceilidh. "

"Pop Life added a great deal to our wedding. They were easy to deal with, taking away any hassle or stress we felt in the lead up to the big day, they had a good variety of songs from which we were able to choose exactly what we wanted. They did not need any hand holding at all on the day which allowed us to enjoy our reception without having to worry about them. They are highly professional. Their performance was excellent, as mentioned by a number of the guests. They brought energy and a sense of fun to the whole thing. The highest praise I can give them is that the dance floor was packed throughout, which is exactly what we had wanted. I would highly recommend them."

"What a FANTASTIC Band !!!!! I would recommend them to anyone who wants a jolly good PARTY!!! Not only were Aisha and the team polite, easy-going, happy and reassuring (For a Bride!) ... their music had bags of charisma, attitude and energy. It is IMPOSSIBLE to not get up and dance, even my Dad who is not a showman in any way was up having the time of his life. FANTASTIC value for money (We paid a little extra for 12-1 am set which I'd recommend) LOVELY GUYS, accommodating to all of our needs or concerns, no matter how small. All our friends and family said the best part of our Wedding reception was the band! "

"In Edinburgh, this is a rare chance to hear beautiful bossa nova music band. Today I was walking on the street to go somewhere for enduring an another cloudy summer day and right after cross the load the rhythm of bossa nova came out from a Bar near by. I got just carried away with the sound then just went in the bar alone ehich I have never tried to do, lol. (As a married and an introvert Asian woman perhaps) Sérgio was playing guitar with a drummer and their bossa nova playing got me almost tears came up. It was so beautiful moment for me. How deadly I have been wishing to hear bossa nova in Edinburgh. I have no idea why I haven’t been able to find his name when I google any type of bossa nova concert or live event in Edinburgh while I am living here almost 3 years. :-( Their music even brought sunshine back here in Scotland at the end of their performing today. lol. So appreciate for that I could have their great performing today under the sunshine in summer! I agree with the previous reply as he wrote that many people at bar or restaurant don’t listen to the music. However, at least today I can tell you that there was only their music and I in my universe at the moment and it was full of life feeling. Thank you Sérgio!"

"Now we are back from honeymoon etc. I just wanted to again say thank you for Flip Side’s performance at our wedding last month. I can assure you that every one of our guests and Julie and I loved it. The music was great and the dance floor full the whole time thanks to yourself and the guys. Also many thanks for letting Ryan (Julie’s brother) get up and perform alongside you it was a really nice touch. You are a great bunch of guys and were a pleasure to meet you all. Be sure if I have an event that needs a band in future your top of the list and I will recommend you to anyone who is on the lookout as well. Again Many Thanks"

"My husband booked Emily as a surprise for our wedding. Her performance totally made the wedding, she sang all of our favorite songs and was an absolute hit with our guests. Post wedding I asked Emily if she would record the songs she had sung during our wedding to give to my husband as a gift so we can continue listening to all of our favorite songs and so we could remember the great day we had and the fab performance by Emily. I would recommend Emily to anyone and really hope for another excuse to invite Emily back to perform again."
