Review Centre: 1970s & 80s Style Bands

"The Covered, played my recent wedding and were amazing. The booking process made so easy by John and on the night were so accommodating to changes to the schedule and playing through one of their breaks. Everyone loved the music and the dual lead singers, made the band stand out against other bands out there. The fact that they will learn a song for you is amazing. They even collided with family members, who want to surprise us with their dance routine that they have been practicing. All I can say is that they were fantastic and would definitely recommend them."

"Alexa, you are simply amazing! Not only a great band but all the extra's you provide as well really made the night! I was a bit worried about not hiring a separate DJ, but you wouldn't have even known you had the crowd pumping - great DJ-ing! ! Thank you so much for the Candy Cart and LOVE Letters too, there was no Candy left at the end and so many people had pictures with your lights they are beautiful! Thanks again!"

"Lucy and Jack were amazing at our wedding. Everything we could have hoped for. They were great at learning my song requests for the whole day. Very reasonably priced for the incredible service they provide. Intimate and happy atmosphere created by their beautiful voices and musical talents! Completely perfected the musical genres we wanted of modern country and pop, with couple of older songs too. For any brides out there I highly recommend Lucy and Jack, and to have live singer whilst walking down the aisle, it was one of the most memorable parts of my day. "

"I recently booked The Pharaoh's for my 50th Birthday Party. I really wanted live music but was keen to hear the band first, before I committed. Leanne, the lead singer was totally great. She invited us to a rehearsal and to another event the band were performing at. When we heard them, we were blown away and did not hesitate to book them for our party. On the night, they played a brilliant mix of music that got everyone up on their feet. All my guests agreed with us that they are a fabulous band and Leanne has a gorgeous soulful voice. Leanne also asked if there was anything we would particularly like them to perform.... As it happens, there was a song and the band learnt it especially for us and performed it brilliantly on the night. It put the perfect touch to a really memorable evening. If you are looking for a class act - look no further. Just book them!"

"From the moment I spoke to Peter I knew this was the entertainment we needed at my party. And Elephants in the Room exceeded my expectations. I was promised a show and that is what we got. They had my guests mesmerised, entertained, dancing - it was incredible and everything you want for your party. Arranging the booking was easy and straightforward. A great band to do business with - all they promised was full-filled and they were all such great personalities. Book this band - you will love them!!"
