"Kevin, Booke and the band were engaging, energetic and excellently executed every song performed. As a couple, our music taste is relatively contemporary and we felt through Funk Royale, we could have crowd pleasers to involve our family and friends, performed in wonderfully unique ways! They really delivered! We had so many positive comments about how unique the band was! To top it off, they created a musical medley for our first dance! Outstanding. "

"We had Lucy at our garden party on Saturday. She started with Etta James and it just kept getting better from there. When she did Whitney Houston we teared up a little. Then she got us dancing with bouncy country and we danced the rest of the night. It’s not easy to get our lot dancing but she did it! Thank you millions Lucy for making our night!"

"These guys were brilliant!!! They were completely brilliant performers and had the marquee rocking all night. Technically brilliant but more than that- in tune with our guests and reading the room! "The Village Beats have played at our Christmas party at our club in Adderbury, Oxfordshire for the last 2 consecutive years and we have booked them for a 3rd year! The band have helped us make our parties such a success - drawing everyone onto the dance floor for a boogie. They are such a fun band, playing popular music, always adding to their repoitoire and therefore able to cater for all age groups. They obviously really enjoy their music and their gigs and are very competent musicians and singers. I live in the village of Somerton, Oxfordshire and also booked The Village Beats for our Christmas party last year and have rebooked them for this year. Our villagers have said that it was the best Christmas party for years! If you book The Village Beats for your special occasion you won’t regret it! "

"Wow when I booked Shaun I was hoping for a good nights entertainment what we got was a absolutely brilliant nights entertainment with the dance floor full from start to finish. We shall be booking again without doubt I had a lot of comments saying best act at club for many a year. Have no problem highly recommending Shaun to any body looking for a brilliant nights entertainment. "
