"Deciding to add ‘live’ walk up music for the awards presentation itself was a first for us, and the decision proved right. The ‘stings’ ranged from intense to amusing - our Managing Editor walked up to the Mission Impossible theme - and caused one of our guests to remark that it was ‘just like the Oscars’. On the sheer entertainment side of things, check out this band. They are awesome. "

"When we were choosing our wedding band we felt overwhelmed by the variety and were unsure about booking a band we hadn’t seen perform ourselves or been recommended by a friend. Needless to say; we certainly made the right choice! The band played wonderfully and kept us and our guests dancing all night long! Jake reached out to us in plenty of time to check in, share the set list with us, and ask about our first dance as well as the playlist for between sets. They were also really accommodating with us setting up our own playlist and queuing music while they took their breaks. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional band with a modern jazz feel to get the party started!"

"Hi Suzy I'm sorry it has taken me so long to write - I cant believe how quickly time has flown. I wanted to thank you and the band for your wonderful performance at our wedding on 23rd March. We had such a great day and the band (and jazz pianist) were just perfect. I hope that you all had a fun evening too. Thank you also to your lovely drummer for donating his drumsticks to my extremely keen little cousin Louie - as you could probably tell, he is determined he will be a drummer when he grows up and the gift made him just about burst with excitement! "The Blue Suede Shoes are a fantastic band and we are so pleased that we chose them for our wedding. Their communication from the start was brilliant, they were really helpful and went out their way to accommodate exactly what we wanted for our big day. Their set list is great with something for every age, which is perfect for a wedding when you have little kids dancing alongside great uncles. Their playing was flawless and we received lots of compliments from guests about our band choice. All in all, a very professional, friendly group, who I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wedding band."

"After seeing the band at a venue in Birmingham, we knew we wanted them for our big day. From the minute we made the booking they were so accommodating and helpful with our music choices and they even worked to create a mash up of two songs for our first dance. We had an acoustic set for welcome drinks which created a fabulous atmosphere in the sunshine. Our dance floor for the evening reception was packed from start to finish! All of our guests said afterwards how great the band were! They played a brilliant choice of songs, pleasing all of our guests, from classics to modern pop and indie. We couldn’t recommend them enough! We are already planning a night out to see them again soon! Thank you so much for making our day so perfect!"

"So pleased that we booked Sarah for our party. Her ABBA tribute act was fabulous and the party set was equally as good, covering music from across the years. Everyone was up dancing throughout the 2 sets and we had loads of lovely feedback about both her act and her great voice. "M&B Acoustics played 3 incredible sets at our wedding. They were professional, organised and extremely entertaining. We were truly touched by their rendition of 'All of Me' which we had requested for our first dance. Furthermore, all of guests commented on how enjoyable the live music had been with a number asking for M&B contact details. "We booked Back on Track for our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic! We live 6 hour's drive away from our wedding venue, so booking a local band was a bit nerve-wracking as we'd not ever seen them perform in person, but Phil soon put me at ease with his professionalism and excellent communication. On the day, BOT were brilliant! Our guests had an amazing time and have all said since that they were the highlight of the afternoon. I would happily recommend BOT to anyone and would definitely book them again :)"
