"We hired Unwritten Duo to perform at a Private house/Garden Party for my parents wedding anniversary. She turned up on time with all her own gear, set up without fuss, and was really professional. She did 2 sets, interacted with guests and reacted to the audience, mood well and really made the party. Excellent singer and vocals with a brilliant personality. Definitely recommend her and will consider using her again. Andy Moore "

The music suits all tastes, ranging from the sixties to current popular anthems and includes slow, soulful ballads and energetic heavy rock. This isn’t just a good live band but a mesmerising performance totally engaging the audience. We hired Elephants in the Room for a private party and they delivered on every count – kept 100 people dancing and singing all evening. This is the ultimate live party band. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough"

"You guys are AMAZING!!!!!! Seeing you perform at my sister's wedding last night, in Ilfracombe, was a highlight of what was an already perfect day and we all had the time of our lives; you had the entire wedding party up on their feet and many of the girls went home with black soles from taking off their heels so they could dance! Everyone commented on how great you were, how it was the best wedding they had ever been to/best band they'd seen at a wedding and how well your quirky style fitted in with the venue and the relaxed, but fun, atmosphere of Jane and Perry's wedding. Really, really great job, thanks for coming all the way... love the hats...sorry you had to give them up for the majority of the night!"

"We saw this dynamic duo perform at a summer wedding and we were so wowed by their energy and talent that we booked them for our anniversary/birthday celebrations. Soul Messengers delivered a 2-hour set of classic songs with such fun, panache and sentimentality; we were dancing, singing and taking a trip down memory lane with the songs that marked the decades and our milestones. Azu's vocal range is amazing and Filippo is a master blaster on his guitar! They are polite, affable, very easy to communicate with and they truly put heart and soul into their fantabulous performances. Book this thrilling class act for your event if you enjoy their genre of songs. This accomplished duo will effortlessly jazz up celebrations in a cosy private setting or pull in the crowd for a big event. "From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with - totally professional and both really talented musicians when it came to the actual performances! Despite the fact that they mainly play 50s and 60s stuff, Natalie really wanted to walk down the aisle to 'Starlings' by Elbow. They put together their own version of this just for us - and it was truly awesome (I'm not ashamed to say it brought a tear to my eye either)!"

"Just back from honeymoon, had a wonderful time, thank you! I was going to write to you anyway as we would like you to pass on a huge THANK YOU to the band. The band were absolutely fantastic! They played our first dance perfectly and really got our party started and kept if going until midnight! They played all our favourite stuff and our guests loved them. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again and will recommend to anyone who asks. Hope I get to dance to their music again sometime soon! Huge thank you from us! Thanks for helping make our wedding party amazing."
