"We booked The Blue Suede Shoes as a duo for an early evening slot in our festival style wedding & they didn't disappoint. Ben was very good to deal with from the outset & made us very comfortable in the choice we made. The double bass is superb and the lead singers voice is exceptional - many of the guests commented to me about it. Next time I'll have to see the full band line up! "Full marks to Ebor string quartet for making a great day even more special. I highly recommend them. They were so friendly and professional. On a beautiful sunny day they created a wonderful atmosphere with their mix of classic and modern music. There are now a lot of converts to their beautiful music having heard them play! Everyone loved it. Communication was very good leading up to and on the day. Many many thanks to all involved."

"This gentleman helped us give my auntie a beautiful send off today. Not only did he stand in the pooring rain whilst playing perfectly, he also took time out to meet and console my family. He could have waited indoors for the hearse to arrive but he chose to play to my Aunties neighbours whilst we waited. He was the last to leave my aunties home yet managed to be the 1st to arrive at the crematorium to play us in. I left the choice of music in his capable hands and im so glad i did, he had the professional ability to match the right tune to the present mood. I would strongly recommend Malcolm for any event. Unfortunately he is unavailable to play on the date of our wedding, i might just have to reschedule the date to ensure he can attend ?. Thank you Malcolm (true gentleman)"

"Really great performance from the guys and all our guests loved them. Even let one of our more vocally talented guests sing a few things with them which was a great touch! Thanks again for learning our song and doing a couple of great renditions for the requests that were put in. Would recommend highly!"

"After the first few chords the floor was alive with 70's retro cladded party goers. The songs were fantastic, the band musicians excellent! The band appeared to be having as good time as the party goers! Everyone has been talking about how great the party was for weeks…Even the gig die-hards said "what an amazing band". "

"We booked Camille to sing at our pub for two dates in December and she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was very talented, and created such a fantastic atmosphere on both evenings our guests were full of compliments and commented on how much they enjoyed her performance! From a venue point of view, Camille was professional, organised and attentive throughout. She checked in with us ahead of time and on the night to make sure everything ran smoothly and that any requests were covered, which made the whole experience smooth. She truly understands how to deliver a great performance while working collaboratively with the venue. We wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and can highly recommend her to anyone!"
