"James came and played the pipes for our 80th anniversary commemorations of D-Day this year (2024). He arrived early to find out more about the event and walk through his role. He was a pleasure to work with; utterly professional; and his piping was second to none. We receive very many appreciative comments about the music he played and how he understood the poignancy of the occasion and played different sorts of music for different aspects of the commemoration. I highly recommend James. A delight to work with. We have booked him for our annual Arnhem Service in September when we shall be marking the 80th Anniversary of Operation Market Garden."

"Thanks you so much The Shooglers for playing at our wedding in April. I booked you after receiving a recommendation from the bass player of my own band. He was at a function you guys were playing at last year and he raved about you so much i was really glad you were able to play for us. There were guests from Canada, Dublin and New Zealand at our wedding and they were all joining in and everyone had a superb night. I especially enjoyed how you blended in rock and pop tunes with some of the Ceilidh dances. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone I can and if I organize another bash in the future i'll be looking The Shoogle up! Thanks so much on behalf of my new wife Wendy and myself."

"We had Taylor Play at our pub on a couple of occasions. Always a great experience with fantastic feedback from the customers. He sings a wide range of songs & if the customers request a song he does his best to oblige. Always a crowd pleaser"

"The early part of the day was covered by your HARPIST, she was extremely accomodating moving her position (and heavy harp) 3 times at our request including onto the balcony whilst photographs were being taken outside. Her flexibility and willingness to do this was well above and beyond the call of duty and I would be grateful if you would pass on our very sincere thanks for her support as I missed her departure on the day. And of course the music, a mixture of East and West, was superb and enjoyed and commented on by all. The Wedding Breakfast was accompanied by music from your STRING QUARTET who were similarly flexible when we moved their position. Music was again a mixture of Bollywood and classical/jazz/film music and, once again, enjoyed by all. Finally my thanks to you, your response to my very late request for musicians was both friendly and professional and your ability to provide to the specifications I supplied (a mixture of Indian and western music) was unique and certainly saved the day for me. In closing I would have no hesitation in recommending your organisation to others and would be happy for you to publish this note in part or full as you desire. Regards Nigel"

"I went to your performance yesterday at the St. Mary's Community Hall in Cockerton, and you were excellent! Some people sing in such a highfaluting way that it is difficult to make our what they are singing, but you sang beautifully, and the songs from the musicals and other popular songs were great! "We booked Annelise for a small party for a wedding anniversary. In the lead up to the event she was really helpful and great communication in order to make sure we were happy with all of the details prior to the day itself. On the day, Annelise's performance was great, the songs were performed beautifully and we all enjoyed listening to the jazz songs and young and old happily danced along. Thanks for adding more memories to the day. "
